Ko rastemo v zavedanju in gibljivosti ter presegamo iluzijo in ego, se dviga kot ka\u010da, ki se prebuja ob zvoku flavte. Ko se energija Kundalini dvigne na vrh glave, smo zdru\u017eeni s kon\u010dno zavestjo (razsvetljeni). Poleg te simbolike proces na\u0161ega prebujanja spremlja tudi koli\u010dina svetlobe, ki jo ustvarimo s prakso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta mesec se igramo s prebujanjem svetlobe iz kleti in dvigovanjem na\u0161e jogijske vitalne energije iz bokov skozi hrbtenico na vrh glave. Gremo skozi vaje, ki krepijo, a tudi mobilizirajo noge in medenico. Izvajamo ritmi\u010dne gibe, ki prebudijo spe\u010do ka\u010do od spodaj in dvignejo njeno energijo navzgor, hkrati pa dr\u017eimo stabilne in dolge telesne polo\u017eaje, ki gradijo mirno mo\u010d v nogah in hrbtu. Prav tako mobiliziramo in krepimo hrbtenico s poudarkom na ponastavitvi spodnjega dela hrbta. Izvajamo intenzivnej\u0161e vaje za krepitev in odpiranje bokov, kar dodatno pomaga pri spro\u0161\u010danju napetosti iz spodnjega dela hrbta.<br>Mo\u010d in gibljivost za najbolj\u0161o kakovost telesnih mi\u0161ic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnevnik \u010duje\u010dnosti: Kaj je za vas duhovnost?
