Ko mladi bob prispe na tr\u017enico Dolac, ga brez premisleka kupimo. Tukaj so ljudje glede boba precej v slogu: eh, bob pa\u010d. Mnogi ga ne marajo, nekateri ga celo te\u017eko prebavljajo, pa tudi receptov, v katerih bi bil glavna zvezda, o\u010ditno ni prav veliko. Morda posplo\u0161ujem. Suho zrno samo vtakne\u0161 v tla, ga pusti\u0161 pri miru in \u010dez \u0161tiri ali pet mesecev \u017ee obira\u0161. Dokler je dovolj mlad, lahko pojemo tudi cele stroke. Bob smo skuhali in naredili pesto: bob, mleta pra\u017eena son\u010dni\u010dna semena, jedilni kvas, olj\u010dno olje, \u010desen, peter\u0161ilj, sol in poper. Nekaj zrn smo pojedli kar kuhanih, brez vsega.
