Kako hvale\u017ena zelenjava: posadi\u0161 eno drobno, komaj pognalo sadiko in \u010dez nekaj tednov si do vratu v velikanskih bu\u010dkah. Priznam, da v sajenju ni ni\u010d posebej bi\u0161evskega, razen tega, da na\u0161e rastejo na na\u0161em vrtu na Bi\u0161evu. V zgodnjih fazah so vendarle tako fotogeni\u010dne, da sem jih morala zabele\u017eiti. Mo\u0161ke cvetove smo pojedli, \u017eenske pustili pri miru in kmalu dobili sme\u0161no obilno letino. bu\u010dkin cvet nima izrazitega okusa ali vonja, prav zato je odli\u010den v vsakem receptu. Pojavi se spontano, jed obarva rumeno, doda \u0161e en vir vlaknin \u2014 na poti do tridesetih razli\u010dnih rastlin na teden \u2014 in hitro mine. Enako je z bu\u010dkami na vrtu: hitro pridejo in prav tako hitro izginejo.
