We meet four times a week online at 6 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the meetings, we briefly talk about meditation, meditate together and answer questions, for a total of about 60 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot participate in the 6 pm live session, a recording of the lecture and meditation will be sent to your email.
