On the retreat, we replenish our health through the daily practice of yoga, pranayama, local food, walks and meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The retreat consists of yoga practice, volunteering, resting and walking around the island.<br>Suggested daily schedule (subject to change depending on the time and mood of the group):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>07:00 Waking up<br>07:30 Morning yoga practice, meditation and yogic breathing<br>10:00 Breakfast<br>11:00 Volunteering around the house, garden, drywall, meal preparation<br>12:00 free time for reading or walking<br>14:00 Lunch<br>15:00 Rest, walking, reading or volunteering, depending on the day<br>18:00 Light yoga, meditation<br>19:30 Snack as desired, socializing, yoga Nidra, movie night<br>22:00 Rest<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We serve a vegetarian menu, breakfast and lunch are organized, and you can prepare a snack as needed. We can accommodate gluten-free and vegan diets or any specifics. I will put together menus according to your needs.
