Kao i ostali sisavci u svojem tijelu imamo sustav koji se bavi upravljanjem stresnim situacijama i anti-stresiranjem nakon njih. Na primjer, ma\u010dka nakon \u0161to do\u017eivi stresan doga\u0111aj, do\u0111e na sigurno mjesto, krene se tresti da otpusti adrenalin iz tijela i zaspi. Tako bismo i mi trebali postupati, biti aktivni kada smo u situaciji koja zahtijeva na\u0161u aktivnost i skroz opu\u0161teni kada je vrijeme za opustiti se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Stres ne nastaje zbog onoga \u0161to nam se dogodilo, ve\u0107 zbog na\u010dina na koji ga mi prihva\u0107amo i brzinu kojom ga mo\u017eemo otpustiti. Problem sa stresom imamo kada ga ne mo\u017eemo otpustiti!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Na sre\u0107u mogu\u0107nost otpu\u0161tanja mo\u017eemo vje\u017ebati. U yoga asanama postavimo svoje tijelo u polo\u017eaj koji \u017eiv\u010danom sustavu signalizira opasnost, no mi smo svjesno u\u0161li u taj polo\u017eaj te di\u0161emo duboko i mirno \u0161to tijelu govori da \u201cje sve u redu\u201d. Tim mehanizmom reprogramiramo automatizam stresa u reakciju koja je pod na\u0161om kontrolom. Postajemo sve otporniji na stres jer znamo kako pritisak koji osje\u0107amo u tijelu izbalansirati disanjem i ostati sna\u017eni.&nbsp;<br>Yoga je sinonim za fleksibilnost i \u201cproto\u010dnost\u201d pa time i za zdravlje.
