To je 4. korak osmerokrakog Patanjalijevog puta yoge. Nalazi se nakon&nbsp;kodeksa moralnog pona\u0161anja i prakse asana. Stoga da bi se moglo prakticirati pranayamu treba biti fizi\u010dki i mentalno spreman za to. <br><strong>U ovoj radionici govorit \u0107emo<\/strong> o odnosu izme\u0111u velike mo\u0107i koju nam daje pranayama uz poniznost,&nbsp;\u0161to je od iznimne va\u017enosti kako se ne bi izgradio ego&nbsp;(asmita).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U prakti\u010dnom dijelu radionice<\/strong> u\u010dit \u0107emo o ispravnim sjede\u0107im&nbsp;i le\u017ee\u0107im pozicijama tijela&nbsp;za praksu pranayame, ujjayi dahu i (ako vrijeme bude dopu\u0161talo) disanju kroz nasuprotne nosnice (nadi shodana).<br><strong>Potrebni rekviziti <\/strong>(idealno): jedan bolster koji mo\u017eemo zamjeniti s 3 jastuka ili jednim ve\u0107im mekanim (za spavanje), jedna deka (po mogu\u0107nosti ne pahuljasta) te jedan manji ru\u010dnik.<br>Ako netko ima povi\u0161eni krvni tlak ili probleme sa srcem, molim javite mi ranije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O Petri<\/strong><br>Petra podu\u010dava yogu me\u0111unarodno vi\u0161e od 20 godina. Naglasiti \u0107emo va\u017enost yoge za tjelesno, mentalno i emotivno zdravlje, sposobnost samo-regulacije, koregulaceije i emotivne okretnosti i \u017eustrine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U prakti\u010dnom dijelu <\/strong>osvijestiti \u0107emo na\u0161 polivagalni sistem, upozvati \u017eivac Vagus koji je istovremeno i marker za opu\u0161tenost i za osje\u0107aj rizika, nau\u010diti vi\u0161e o instinktivnim reakcijama pre\u017eivljavanja i tri obrasca odgovora (dorzalni, simpati\u010dki, ventralni), osvjestiti neurocepciju (percepciju bez svijesti) i nau\u010diti prakti\u010dne vje\u017ebe za samo-regulaciju i ko-regulaciju. Prakti\u010dne vje\u017ebe \u0107e nam pomo\u0107i kad se susretnemo sa izazovnim trenutcima na yoga prostirci kao i u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu. Prethodno znanje nije potrebno. <br><strong>Dobrodo\u0161li<\/strong> <strong>rekviziti<\/strong> <strong>su<\/strong> ugodna odje\u0107a, yoga prostirka, miran i privatan prostor, teka za pisanje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O Sandri<\/strong><br>Sandra Pribanic je psihoterapeutkinja koja \u017eivi i radi u Torontu, Kanada. Njen pristup je holisti\u010dki, integrira tjelesno orjentiranu psihoterapiju, psihoterapiju baziranu na iskustvima ranog djetinjstva, iscjeljivanje razvojne i kolektivne traume, principe svjesne prisutnosti, energetskog rada, meditacije i kreativne vizualizacije.&nbsp;U privatnoj praksi Sandra nudi individualnu terapiju, rad s parovima i obitelji, te psihoterapeutsku superviziju. Ovaj fenomen prisutan je kod vrhunskih sporta\u0161a kad obaraju svjetske rekorde i virtuoza dok izvode zahtjevne kompozicije. Od kuda potje\u010de tvoj interes za <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ivanacrncic.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ivanacrncic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">face yogu<\/a> i kako vidi\u0161 da ta praksa dopunjuje &#8216;klasi\u010dnu&#8217; asana praksu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moj interes za face yogu se dogodio &#8220;slu\u010dajno&#8221;. Odjednom sam po\u010dela primje\u0107ivati ljude na satovima yoge&nbsp;koji opu\u0161taju tijela, ali im lica \u010desto ostaju u razli\u010ditim mimi\u010dkim gr\u010devima. Istovremeno sam po\u010dela primje\u0107ivati i neke promjene na svom licu i interesiralo me za\u0161to i kako se one doga\u0111aju pa sam po\u010dela prou\u010davati anatomiju lica i slu\u010dajno upoznala Danielle Collins na jednom yoga festivalu u Londonu. Odlu\u010dila sam probati njene satove, usput sam upila&nbsp;malo filozofije koja se krije iza cijele face yoga pri\u010de i tako je sve skupa krenulo. Spontano sam odlu\u010dila da je to moj novi &#8220;dodatni smjer&#8221; i postalo mi je logi\u010dno da bi, ba\u0161 kao \u0161to vje\u017ebamo mi\u0161i\u0107e tijela na razli\u010dite na\u010dine, vjerojatno bilo dobro da na isti na\u010din tretiramo i mi\u0161i\u0107e lica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Akupresurom si mo\u017eemo olak\u0161ati tegobe poput glavobolje, anksioznosti, problema s o\u010dima, \u010deljusnim zglobom, op\u0107enitom napeto\u0161\u0107u lica, pobolj\u0161ati regeneraciju ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Gdje si skupljala znanje o meridijanima i akupresuri te kako tocke bitnih meridijana na licu mogu pomo\u0107i kod nekih u\u010destalih boljki?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010detno znanje o meridijanima stekla sam kroz yin yoga edukaciju (With yin yoga TT) koja mi je otvorila jedan novi pristup praksi yoge i druga\u010diji pogled na na\u0161e tijelo i njegov &#8220;su\u017eivot&#8221; s prirodom i svijetom oko nas op\u0107enito. Dio znanja dobila sam i kroz face yoga edukaciju koja velik dio fokusa stavlja upravo na akupresuru i opu\u0161tanje lica jer koliko god da na\u0161i mi\u0161i\u0107i lica s vremenom gube tonus, ujedno su \u010desto i super-napeti i zadr\u017eavaju pro\u017eivljene emocije u vidu energetskih blokada pa i na tome treba jako dobro poraditi. Nakon toga mi se otvorilo cijelo novo more mogu\u0107nosti i ideja, knjige s Amazona su samo po\u010dele pristizati, a pro\u0161le sam godine upisala i Hayo&#8217;u gua sha teacher training, koji se bazira na postavkama kineske medicine i tradicije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Da li bi mogla izdvojiti neke reakcije polaznika\/ca tvojih radionica?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najdra\u017ee su mi reakcije kad zapravo svi skupa shvatimo da nas ne zanima brisanje bora s lica, ve\u0107 da kroz face yogu osje\u0107amo one neke dublje, suptilnije benefite. To je tako s razlogom. Fizi\u010dko tijelo mora biti fleksibilno (posebno dijafragma i rebra), a \u017eiv\u010dani sustav jak, za nalet prani\u010dne energije koji primamo dok prakticiramo pranayamu. Pranayama ima znatno dublje i ja\u010de posljedice nego praksa asana i stoga joj treba pristupiti s velikom pa\u017enjom i razumijevanjem budu\u0107i da je mo\u0107an alat. Postoje neke vrste pranayame koje su potpuno sigurne za sve (i to je ono \u010dega \u0107emo se dotaknuti na predstoje\u0107oj radionici), a postoje i neke, koje, ako se nesmotreno prakticiraju, mogu dovesti do te\u0161kih psihi\u010dkih problema. Pranayama definitivno nije ne\u0161to \u0161to \u017eelite nau\u010diti od neiskusnog u\u010ditelja!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Da li i na koji na\u010din pranayama tehnike koristi\u0161 u svom radu kao yoga terapeut? U kojim slu\u010dajevima su one najefikasnije?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Petra:<\/strong> Kao joga terapeut, cijelo vrijeme koristim pranayamu. Me\u0111u mnogim zdravstvenim problemima, vrlo je korisna kod anksioznosti, depresije, problema sa spavanjem i visokog krvnog tlaka. U manje o\u010ditim na\u010dinima lije\u010denja, mo\u017ee se koristiti i za lije\u010denje svih drugih vrsta ozljeda (npr. koljena, donjeg dijela le\u0111a, glavobolje itd.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) Mo\u017ee\u0161 li nam u kratko objasniti iz najave spomenut odnos pranayame i ega? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Petra:<\/strong> Kao \u0161to je ve\u0107 spomenuto, pranayama ja\u010da \u017eiv\u010dani sustav i daje veliku mo\u0107 praktikantu. Ta mo\u0107 mo\u017ee i\u0107i na dva na\u010dina; jedan od na\u010dina je prepoznati da je na\u0161e pravo ja (Atman) dio svega \u0161to postoji &#8211; \u0161to vodi do poniznosti. Drugi na\u010din je rast na\u0161eg ega (Asmita), koji uzima ovo znanje i \u010dini ga svojim, \u0161to postaje prva velika prepreka (Klesha) napretku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Najva\u017eniji rad u yogi (bilo da je asana, pranayama, itd.) je uvijek dr\u017eati svoj ego malim. Po \u010demu i za koga joga mo\u017ee biti korisna kao praksa (samo)regulacije?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sandra:<\/strong> Svakodnevno vje\u017ebanje joge, svjesno disanje, oslu\u0161kivanje na\u0161eg tijela \u201ciznutra\u201d definitivno poma\u017eu da se svjesno (samo) reguliramo i budemo prisutniji sebi, drugima i svijetu. Joga nam daje ritam \u2013 asane se izmjenjuju na predvidljiv na\u010din, na\u0161e disanje i valovi izmjene udaha i izdaha stvarju oslonac u samoj fiziologiji na\u0161eg tijela. Nedostatak ritma ili \u201cispadanje\u201d iz ritma de\u0161avaju se kad stres i \u017eivot postanu previ\u0161e i kad se izgubimo (emotivno, kognitivno, a ponekad ne mo\u017eemo osjetiti niti vlastito tijelo). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na taj na\u010din joga nas u\u010di regulaciju koja je i \u201ctop-down\u201d i \u201cbottom-up\u201d \u2013 poma\u017ee nam da se iz misli koje se kovitlaju ili nas preplavljuju spustimo nazad u tijelo \u201cispod vrata\u201d ali i da tjelesnu snagu koju dobivamo iz vje\u017ebanja prenesemo u emotivnu i kognitivnu snagu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Povratak u sebe, u fizi\u010dko tijelo, prvi je korak u regulaciji, a poma\u017ee i u pove\u0107avanju na\u0161e emotivne izdr\u017eljivosti I elasti\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Za\u0161to je polivagalna teorija postala &#8216;hit&#8217; u obja\u0161njavanju na\u0161ih psihofizi\u010dkih stanja?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sandra: <\/strong>Vagus i nas autonomni \u017eiv\u010dani sustav su bili tu i dok mi nismo imali pojma na koji na\u010din nas nesvjesno definiraju. Mislim da je u zadnje vrijeme fasciniranost sa polivagalnom teorijom tu zato sto je istovremeno i jednostavna i kompleksna. Nas \u017eiv\u010dani sustav, pogotovo autonomni dio \u017eiv\u010danog sustava, je osnova na kojoj se gradi osobni osje\u0107aj sigurnosti, stabilnosti, opu\u0161tenosti, povezanosti (sa sobom, drugima i svijetom oko nas), ali i osje\u0107aj rizika. Ono sto nam polivagalna teorija obja\u0161njava je da kad se nadjemo u stresnim ili rizi\u010dnim situacijama, mi prvo (nesvjesno) tra\u017eimo kontakt i sigurnost; ako nam to ne pomogne, okre\u0107emo se automatskim reakcijama kao sto su bijeg, borba, zamrzavanje ili padanje u nesvijest. Vrlo \u010desto se reakcije koje su nam pomogle u pre\u017eivljavanju pokrenu prije no sto uop\u0107e imamo svjesni uvid sta nam se de\u0161ava. Stoga je nemogu\u0107e jednostavno \u201cpromijeniti na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja\u201d da bismo se vratili natrag u neutralno regulirano stanje ili kontakt ve\u0107 je potrebno da krenemo iz kontakta sa tijelom, emocijama, do koherentne pri\u010de. Joga nam mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i pri tome! Sre\u0107om, iako rana iskustva oblikuju \u017eiv\u010dani sustav, kasnija iskustva ga mogu preoblikovati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Da li se i na koji na\u010din tvoja praksa kao psihoterapeutkinje promijenila nakon \u0161to si po\u010dela vje\u017ebati (ashtanga) yogu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sandra:<\/strong> Moj po\u010detak u psihoterapijskoj edukaciji bio je kroz tjelesno-orijentiranu terapiju, psihodinami\u010dki i energetski rad. U takvom pristupu terapiji proces se ve\u0107inom odvija ne samo kroz pri\u010danje, ve\u0107 se klijenti poti\u010du da koriste fizi\u010dko tijelo tako da npr. zauzmu odredjeni polo\u017eaj tijela koji im spontano dolazi u trenutku procesa ili koju terapuet predlo\u017ei. Na mojem prvom satu Ashtanga joge shvatila sam da su u puno slu\u010dajeva asana sli\u010dne terapeutskim polo\u017eajima ili da poti\u010du fizi\u010dki izazov koji prelazi u emotivni ili mentalni izazov. To me je fasciniralo i eto 11 godina kasnije jo\u0161 uvijek ima izazova. Kako kineska tradicionalna medicina i yin yoga obja\u0161njavaju i adresiraju proljetni umor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalna kineska medicina obja\u0161njava pojavu proljetnog umora kao slabiju prilagodbu tijela novim klimatskim uvjetima. Tokom zime, krvne \u017eile, posebno kapilare ne provode krv toliko na povr\u0161inu tijela, posebno ko\u017eu, ve\u0107 ostaje vi\u0161e u dubljim dijelovima tijela i organima. Kako tijelo krvotokom \u0161alje i pranu (chi) tijelom, tako ta prana u hladnijim vremenima ostaje vi\u0161e u dubljim dijelovima tijela. Yin predstavlja \u017eenski princip, yang mu\u0161ki, i imaju nebrojeno puno aspekata. Ne postoji ne\u0161to \u0161to je fiksno yin ili yang. Sve se mijenja, ovisno o kontekstu. Nekad kao optimizam, nada, dobrota i ljubaznost.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Kako mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da smo mi posljedica na\u0161ih impulsa, tj kako reagiramo i u kojem smjeru usmjeravamo te impulse, u tom smjeru \u0107e nam oti\u0107i i \u017eivotna energija, reakcije, i djelovanje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od najboljih alata za osvje\u0161tavanje toga je introspekcija. Ne\u0161to \u0161to u Hatha yoga stilovima posebno kultiviramo. Impulsi koje imamo u sebi su ti koje imamo. To ne mo\u017eemo i ne trebamo mijenjati. Ono \u0161to mo\u017eemo mijenjati je na\u0161 stav prema tome. Na fizi\u010dkoj razini: na koji na\u010din je i koliko &#8216;core&#8217; bitan za na\u0161u posturu posebno zdravlje (donjih) le\u0111a?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Core je jako bitan na fizi\u010dkoj razini. Prva uloga koju radi je odr\u017eava tlak u trbuhu i dr\u017ei unutarnje organe na mjestu. Nadalje je zaslu\u017ean za pravilnu posturu i ravnote\u017eu u optere\u0107enju izme\u0111u prednjeg i stra\u017enjeg dijela tijela. Ukratko rad na &#8220;six pack-u&#8221; olak\u0161ava bol u donjim le\u0111ima&#8230; Na energetskoj razini u ovom su podru\u010dju 2 energetska centra: 2. i 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Na energetskoj (i fizi\u010dkoj) razini kako je core bitan za na\u0161e samopouzdanje posebice u odnosu na recimo ramena i\/ili gornja le\u0111a? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energetski gledano core je centar samopouzdanja, stabilnosti i povjerenja u \u017eivot te je to ujedno centar seksualne energije, najja\u010de energije koja mo\u017ee stvoriti novi \u017eivot. U 3. energetskom centru je snaga volje te centar kroz koji komuniciramo s tu\u0111im energijama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>S obzirom na protok energija kroz trbuh smo samopouzdani, otvoreni, uspravljeni no dok nema protoka \u0161titimo svoj centar tako \u0161to se sagibamo, grbimo i na taj na\u010din optere\u0107ujemo ramena i\/ili gornja le\u0111a.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Samopouzdana osoba \u0161eta uspravljeno, spremna na \u017eivotne izazove, dok je osoba lo\u0161eg pouzdanja jednostavno sramna, skupljena i optere\u0107uje posturu. Razmislite samo kad vam je dobar dan kako se dr\u017eite ili kao kad vam je lo\u0161 dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Koje je tvoje osobno iskustvo u radu s corom bilo prijelomno tako da ti je core kako si sama jednom rekla postao omiljena tema kojom se bavi\u0161? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moja pri\u010da je zapo\u010dela s i\u0161ijasom i boli u donjim le\u0111ima te sam po\u010dela intenzivno raditi na dubokim trbu\u0161nim junacima, kao i cijelom CORE-u. Bol je nestala a core je postao sastavni dio mojih satova, smatram da snage nikad dosta. Koje su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ozljede koljena s kojima si kao yoga terapeut imala uspjeha u olak\u0161avanju simptoma\/ozdravljenju?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budu\u0107i da je koljeno valjkasti zglob (mo\u017ee se samo &#8220;otvarati i zatvarati&#8221; kao vrata), ako ga rotiramo mo\u017eemo ozlijediti ligamente. Jednom kada su ligamenti preizdu\u017eeni, vi\u0161e se ne mogu vratiti u prvobitno stanje. Stoga moramo oja\u010dati potpornu strukturu koljena, odnosno mi\u0161i\u0107e koji vode do koljena i od kuka i od gle\u017enjeva.<br>U svojem terapijskom radu imala sam dosta uspjeha kako u pobolj\u0161anju pokretljivosti (opseg pokreta) tako i u stabilnosti zgloba koljena. To nije uspjeh preko no\u0107i, ve\u0107 rezultat sustavnog i dosljednog rada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. \u0160to mo\u017eemo napraviti ve\u0107 sad (u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu ili na yoga prostirci) kao preventivu ozljede koljena?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogo je stvari koje mogu pomo\u0107i zdravlju koljena. Nutritivno je najbolje jesti juhu od kostiju. (Znam za mnoge vegetarijance\/vegane koji to rade u \u010disto medicinske svrhe odr\u017eavanja zdravih zglobova). Prakti\u010dari yoge NIKADA ne smiju forsirati pozicije koje zahtijevaju intenzivne rotacije kuka (padmasana, Marichyasana B&amp;D, itd.).<br>Polo\u017eaji u kojima se balansira na jednoj nozi pobolj\u0161avaju propriocepciju i \u010dine da se noga manje oslanja na stabilnost koljena, a vi\u0161e na stabilnost mi\u0161i\u0107a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Kako to da si se odlu\u010dila ne oti\u0107i na operaciju koljena nakon \u0161to su ti u prometnoj nesre\u0107i pokidani svi ligamenti koljena? Kako je tekao i koliko je trajao potpuni oporavak?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U prosincu 2012. g. do\u017eivjela sam nesre\u0107u na motociklu i potrgala sam MCL, LCL i ACL ligamente lijevog koljena. Najgore je to \u0161to su u Slu\u017ebi prve pomo\u0107i napravili samo rendgenski snimak koljena, a kako nijedna kost nije slomljena, rekli su da s koljenom sve u redu i da ga samo nastavim kretati.<br>Ja sam, kao vrlo dobra u\u010denica, 3 dana pomicala svoje jadno koljeno i samo je postajalo sve gore. Onda sam oti\u0161la kod kirurga za koljena i on je procijenio \u0161tetu.<br>MCL i LCL (medijalni i lateralni kolateralni ligamenti) bili su &#8216;laki&#8217; za zacjeljivanje &#8211; 6 tjedana u \u010dvrstoj longeti, 24 sata dnevno, a onda je postojala dilema da li popravljati ACL ili ne.<br>Kako nisam nogometa\u0161ica niti tenisa\u010dica, kirurg je rekao da \u0107u morati skijati (\u0161to obo\u017eavam!) uz pomo\u0107 udlage od titana (\u0161to radim zadnjih 9 godina).<br>Tako\u0111er, rekao je da bi koljeno bilo puno manje stabilno i da bi moglo &#8216;popustiti&#8217; te je zato preporu\u010dena operacija popravka ligamenta.<br>Bila sam skepti\u010dna u vezi s operacijom jer bi ona uklju\u010divala rezanje tetive stra\u017enje lo\u017ee i izradu &#8216;novog&#8217; ligamenta od toga.<br>O\u010dito, jako volim svoje stra\u017enje lo\u017ee, budu\u0107i da sam prakti\u010darka i u\u010diteljica yoge. Stoga smo odlu\u010dili odgoditi operaciju i vidjeti kako \u0107e se koljeno pona\u0161ati.<br>Pro\u0161lo je skoro 10 godina, i da, to nije isto koljeno kao prije nesre\u0107e. U radionici \u0107e\u0161 nas upoznati s izvornijom varijantom pozdrava suncu. Koje je tvoje mi\u0161ljenje o razlicitim varijantama &#8216;izvornog&#8217; pozdrava suncu (kao da svaka grana joge nudi svoju opciju za koju tvrdi da je izvorna pa se \u010dini ispravno zapitati se o toj izvornosti)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ina\u010dica Pozdrava Suncu izvorna je u povijesnom smislu. Prva je zapisana. Dok druge grane mogu tvrditi razne stvari o starosti i izvornosti Pozdrava koju podu\u010davaju, za to nema materijalnih dokaza. Bez obzira koliko je izvorna ova varijanta, biomehani\u010dki je superiorna ve\u0107ini slijedova koji se podu\u010davaju kao Pozdrav Suncu. Kao i svi do sada, neke sam stvari dodao, a neke izbacio iz Pozdrava, prema onome \u0161to trenutno smatram da je najbolja praksa. \u010cini mi se da sam u boljem polo\u017eaju od svojih prethodnika jer se mogu osloniti na kolektivno iskustvo anatoma, biomehani\u010dara i sporta\u0161a. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Koji su po tvom mi\u0161ljenju problemi sjedila\u010dkog na\u010dina \u017eivota i s tim u vezi pozdrava suncu kako ga znamo iz ashtanga vinyase?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lista je podu\u017ea i tu ne prestaje. Najve\u0107i gluteus je zgnje\u010den i rastegnut od prekomjernog sjedenja bez prekida, gubi svoju funkciju u koraku, pa prednji kineti\u010dki lanac radi previ\u0161e. S obzirom da se u Pozdravu Suncu u Ashtanga vinyasi nagla\u0161ava fleksibilnost stra\u017enjih lo\u017ea, uz nedovoljnu aktivaciju gluteusa to se uklapa u flekti\u010dni otisak stolice. Stra\u017enje lo\u017ee u mom iskustvu postaju gibljivije kad idemo na uzrok, a to su zanemareni gluteusi koji svoj posao delegiraju donjim le\u0111ima i stra\u017enjim lo\u017eama. Inzisitranje na njihovoj du\u017eini vodi u ozljedu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ne hodamo li 8 do 10 tisu\u0107a koraka na dan, slabi nam probava, vid, mi\u0161i\u0107i, deformira se kralje\u017enica, smanjuje iskoristivi volumen plu\u0107a, poja\u010davaju kroni\u010dne upale.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Koje svoje iskustvo bivanja &#8216;u zoni&#8217; u vezi s pozdravima suncu (ili nevezano za njih) bi izdvojio?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedugo nakon \u0161to sam shvatio da je cijela paradigma polo\u017eaja povezanih pokretom kriva i po\u010deo Pozdrav Suncu tretirati kao jedan pokret, do\u017eivio sam da se kre\u0107em lako, brzo, bez napora uz nesvakida\u0161nji dojam da me pokre\u0107e vanjska sila. Vjerujem da se nekoliko preduvjeta moralo ispuniti za takvo ne\u0161to: potpuno tehni\u010dko ovladavanje pokretom, relativno zdravo tijelo i visoki intenzitet vje\u017ebe. Brzina koja me dovoljno izazvala da u\u0111em u zonu bila je 6 do 7 sekundi po Pozdravu.
