Za oba sata \u0161aljemo vam snimke ukoliko vam vrijeme live sati ne odgovara.&nbsp;Kao i do sada nastojimo odgovoriti na potrebe i pitanja koja imate te vje\u017ebati kako bi lak\u0161e i ljep\u0161e pro\u0161le turbulentno razdoblje drugog stanja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za <strong>mlade mame<\/strong>&nbsp;koje se \u017eele iz udobnosti svojeg doma vratiti u formu, u programu za vas imamo sat Postnatal yoge i sat Mama i beba! \u010cetvrtkom u 10.30h vje\u017ebati \u0107emo sat&nbsp;<strong>Mama i beba<\/strong>&nbsp;s Izabelom u\u017eivo i online te ponedjeljkom u 18.30h&nbsp;<strong>Postnatal yogu&nbsp;<\/strong>s Tenom online u kojoj bebica mo\u017ee ali nemora biti ukljlu\u010dena. Tako\u0111er u sklopu \u010dlanarine \u0161aljemo vam snimke svih sati koje su dostupne cijeli tjedan pa mo\u017eete vje\u017ebati \u201ckad beba zaspi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pridru\u017eite nam se neovisno o stadiju trudno\u0107e i prethodnom iskustvu s yogom.
