We will go through a workshop with targeted exercises that address individual needs, and are designed so that you can adopt them and do them as needed.<br>The practice includes exercises for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>shoulders, chest and neck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pelvis, pelvic floor and constipation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fatigue, easier sleep and joint swelling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relaxation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After the workshop, we go through a guided yoga class adapted to all pregnant women and finally relax with Yoga Nidra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop is intended to offer you methods that will allow you to address challenges and respond to your body&#8217;s needs throughout your pregnancy in order to reduce tension and pain. Each participant receives a PDF with the exercises we go through in the workshop so that they have the tools to practice every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout your pregnancy, it is necessary to maintain physical activity through regular conscious movement. The exercises are adapted to personal needs and possibilities that change from week to week.
