No kad vidimo kako se yoga brzo pro\u0161irila zapadnim svijetom, s iznimno pozitivnom konotacijom, imamo razloga istra\u017eiti za\u0161to. Yoga mo\u017ee zna\u010diti mnogo toga, primjerice: prou\u010davanje indologije i svetih hinduisti\u010dkih spisa, pjevanje mantri, sljedbu gurua, vje\u017ebe za tijelo i vje\u017ebe disanja. Od te isto\u010dnja\u010dke discipline slobodni smo uzeti ono \u0161to nam je najkorisnije te uklopiti to u vlastiti \u017eivotni stil i kulturu. Yogijske metode u vidu vje\u017ebi, ciljanih tehnika rada s dahom i umom (meditacije) te yogijska prehrana primjer su izvrsnih savjeta i prakti\u010dnih uputa za odr\u017eavanje zdravlja, redukciju stresa i pobolj\u0161anje kvalitete \u017eivota. Stari je dobri moto: &#8220;zdrav duh u zdravome tijelu&#8221;. Tu nema religiozne konotacije, nema dogme ni sumnje \u2013 yoga je za svakoga. Na predavanju \u0107emo prevesti ovaj najvidljiviji aspekt yoge na jezik znanosti te ga uklopiti u na\u0161 sustav vrijednosti kako bi svojim iskustvom, razumijevanjem i praksom, uvidjeli za\u0161to je yoga tako popularna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predavanje organizira <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hpd.hr\/predavanja\/yoga-objasnjena-jezikom-kojeg-razumijemo\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/hpd.hr\/predavanja\/yoga-objasnjena-jezikom-kojeg-razumijemo\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hrvatsko Prirodoslovno Dru\u0161tvo<\/a> u knji\u017enici Bogdana Ogrizovi\u0107a u sklopu ciklusa predavanja &#8220;Priroda u\u017eivo&#8221;.
