Uz mnoge predivne promjene nailazimo i na pokoju neugodnu s obzirom na sve \u0161to na\u0161e tijelo prolazi. Kako bi ovo posebno razdoblje provele kvalitetno trebamo posvetiti vrijeme sebi, svojem tijelu i svojoj bebi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga je predivan put za odr\u017eavanje vitalne trudno\u0107e jer se sve vje\u017ebe provode sporo i pomno, jer nam daje dovoljno snage da se dobro razgibamo i ostanemo u formi. Vje\u017ebe koje se rade mogu ciljano ubla\u017eiti boli i neugode koje trudno\u0107a donosi tako da ne kompromitiramo bebu. Tijekom vje\u017ebanja u\u010dimo oslu\u0161kivati kako se osje\u0107amo i radimo ono \u0161to je za nas u tom trenutku korisno. Istezanjem \u0161irimo tkiva u tijelu, dobivamo osje\u0107aj slobode, otvorenosti i lako\u0107e te pove\u0107avamo fleksibilnost. Napetosti, gr\u010devi i kontrakcije utje\u010du na na\u0161e emotivno stanje i kapacitet da \u201cbudemo tu za drugoga\u201d, koji svakako trebamo ja\u010dati s obzirom na to da dolazi malo bi\u0107e koje \u0107e nas trebati 24h na dan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yogom u\u010dimo pravilno i duboko disati. U svakom satu uzmemo si vremena da di\u0161emo &#8211; mirno, ciljano i duboko, kroz sve organe i duboko do bebe. U\u010dimo dahom regulirati bol, napetost ili svoje stanje. Kada do\u0111e napor poroda imamo taj vrijedni unutarnji alat kojim si mo\u017eemo pomo\u0107i. Yoga nam poma\u017ee umiriti um, vratiti se sebi i prona\u0107i sigurnost u sebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program radionice:<br><\/strong>&#8211; Kratki uvod u yogu za trudnice&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Va\u017enost pokreta i tjelovje\u017ebe u drugom stanju<br>&#8211; Dobrobiti i posebnost yoge tokom i nakon trudno\u0107e&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Odgovori na pote\u0161ko\u0107e i probleme koji nam se \u010desto pojavljuju u trudno\u0107i<br>&#8211; Va\u017enost daha u pripremi za porod<br>&#8211; Vo\u0111en sat yoge za trudnice (cca 45 min)<br>&#8211; Opu\u0161tanje&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Meditacija osvje\u0161tavanja i povezivanja s bebom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga za trudnice namijenjena je svima neovisno o prethodnom iskustvu, u trudno\u0107i tijelo se na neki na\u010din \u201cresetira\u201d pa mo\u017eemo krenuti od po\u010detka. Svaka trudnica je posebna i svaka trudno\u0107a druga\u010dija zato je bitno da razvijamo neposrednu svjesnost tijelom te da se pripremamo za porod i maj\u010dinstvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radionicu i redovni program yoge za trudnice vode <a href=\"https:\/\/verbasana.com\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/verbasana.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Izabela Mari\u0107<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/en\/about-me\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"11\">Tena Rebernjak<\/a>, iskusne dugogodi\u0161nje u\u010diteljice yoge s visokom izobrazbom prema internacionalnom certifikatu Yoga Alliance te mnogobrojnim zavr\u0161enim edukacijama i bogatim iskustvom u radu s polaznicima raznih potreba. Obje imaju iskustvo s trudno\u0107om i vje\u017ebom yoge u trudno\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za sudjelovanje na radionici potrebno je imati odobrenje od strane ginekologa da je trudno\u0107a uredna i da nema prepreka za vje\u017ebanje. Svjesne ste da vje\u017ebate na vlastitu odgovornost.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radionica u\u017eivo se odr\u017eava u prostorijama <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/doula.hr\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/doula.hr\" target=\"_blank\">Hrvatske Udruge Doula<\/a>, Pavla Hatza 12.
