U ovom kratkom satu ritmi\u010dnim pokretima,&nbsp;tjelesnim polo\u017eajima, tehnikama uravnote\u017eenog disanja i meditacijom probudimo tijelo i um te potaknemo svoju unutarnju snagu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teme sati svaki dan se mjenjaju, kroz njih obra\u0111ujemo ciljano djelove tijela, probleme i boljke koje mo\u017eemo imati ili neku temu specifi\u010dno ovisno o upitima i potrebama polaznika.
