Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da redovita praksa mindfulnessa ima brojne pozitivne u\u010dinke na mentalno i fizi\u010dko zdravlje kao \u0161to su na primjer:<br>&#8211; smanjenje stresa i anksioznosti,<br>&#8211; pobolj\u0161ana emocionalna regulacija,<br>&#8211; pobolj\u0161ana kognitivna funkcija,<br>&#8211; bolje fizi\u010dko zdravlje,<br>&#8211; izgradnja kvalitetnijih odnosa i empatije&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U kratko, meditacija i perspektiva gledanja na sebe i svoju okolinu &#8220;Mindfulness o\u010dima&#8221; poma\u017ee nam da imamo bolju kvalitetu \u017eivota.<\/strong> Iz tog razloga vrijedno je ugraditi Mindful principe u svoj svakodnevni \u017eivot.
