The classes are guided mindfully, with a therapeutic approach and meditative reflections, together with guidance for keeping a <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/en\/blog\/mindful-diary\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/en\/blog\/mindful-diary\/\"><em>Mindful<\/em> journal<\/a>. The classes support physical and mental health and belong to the fields of mindful yoga and yoga for mental wellbeing because of the way they are guided. Their motto is \u201cmindfully, clearly, decisively, and with understanding\u201d. You can watch some themes from these 40-minute morning yoga classes on my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC2NTh6YjAvCLwIP18q_XIEQ\">YouTube<\/a> channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We begin the day refreshed and mobile, with a clear and focused mind, ready for whatever lies ahead. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morning yoga<\/strong> helps us develop patience and discipline in our practice and overcome tiredness and inertia day by day.
