When we set foot on its ground, we finally slow down, become silent and take in the role of an observer, get a sense of space with a view at the open sea and the infinity of the horizon. The brisk wind carries the scent of pure pine, aromatic herbs and undiscovered possibilities. The sea sings its eternal song, crystallizes with turquoise depths and invites us to dive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>That way we sink with all our senses into the optimism that nature offers and awakens the health within us. This little island brings everyone back to themselves.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bi\u0161evo Yoga Healing Space<\/strong> project was born in the meeting of the ancient discipline of yoga and the pristine nature of the Mediterranean. Yoga classes consist of breathing methods, mobility exercises to awaken the spine, elements of sun salutations and basic yoga asanas with relaxation and meditation at the end. We can have space for 1-4 people in the same period, so invite your friends and pack for Bi\u0161evo. Also it is possible to organise a private, couples or team building yoga and mindfulness retreat. Considering the heat in the summer, we will do yoga in the morning in the shade of pine trees by the sea, after yoga we can have a morning swim and a nice fresh breakfast. Then you are free to rest, read and walk until a later lunch, another afternoon swim and pranayama by the sea. data-id=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\" target=\"_blank\">Bi\u0161evo association<\/a>. It includes residential, local and online programs that promote a healthy lifestyle.
