It turned out to be best for us to be alone in class because that way we can go through what you need each time, talk privately, and arrange a time that suits you to practice. With this approach, all participants so far have had an excellent, therapeutic effect from prenatal yoga. The classes include breathing exercises, customized strength and stretching exercises, time for relaxation, self-massage, and prenatal meditation. I try to answer your needs and questions so that you can get through this special period more easily and beautifully through practice. The monthly package includes two or four hours of <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/en\/online-yoga\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"635\">online yoga<\/a>, lasting 45 minutes. I completed my advanced yoga training (RYT 500) at Divya Yoga Center in 2017. I have completed numerous training courses in yoga, therapy, bodywork techniques, and meditation, and I have a diploma in Prenatal Yoga. <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/en\/about-me\/\"
