If you have slower intestinal peristalsis, introduce these exercises into your daily routine, you can go through the cycle of four videos day after day for four days and repeat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exercises in this series use deep, dense breathing. Great emphasis is placed on how to help the movements be more effective with the breath. In general, we use the exhale when squeezing and activating, and the inhale when opening and expanding the abdomen. Za po\u010detak pomicali smo dlanove po trbuhu i pokrenuli taj smjer laganom masa\u017eom dlanovima u opu\u0161teni trbuh. Nakon toga ulazimo u set vje\u017ebi kojima smjer debelog crijeva potenciramo rotacijama oko struka. Te smo vje\u017ebe dodatno ote\u017eali time \u0161to smo se spustili u \u010du\u010danj i nastavili kru\u017eiti, a jo\u0161 smo dodali i ravne ruke za uteg. Kru\u017enicu oko struka dobro smo razgibali, a putanju debelog crijeva pokrenuli. Za kraj umirili smo se i mirno prodisali. Prvo smo se malo zagrijali u stoje\u0107em <em>Cat-cow<\/em> i onda tu istu akciju produbili s vje\u017ebom <em>Spinal breath<\/em>. Nakon \u0161to smo se zagrijali krenuli smo i s br\u017eim ritmom u iste pokrete skra\u0107ivanja i produ\u017eavanja, \u010dime ve\u0107 malo intenzivnije \u017emi\u010demo trbuh. Dodali smo i gusti nagli izdah na usta u pokretu skra\u017e\u0107ivanja trbuha. UVIJANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U tre\u0107em satu radimo akciju uvijanja, rotacije u struku. Po\u010dinjemo iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja vje\u017ebom u kojoj suprotni lakat pribli\u017eavamo suprotnom koljenu balansiraju\u0107i na jednoj nozi. Stoje\u0107i polo\u017eaj najbli\u017ei je svakodnevnom kretanju pa na ovaj na\u010din motiviramo organe da se pokrenu u malo druga\u010dijem smjeru od utjecaja gravitacije. Vje\u017ebicu nastavljamo u malo br\u017eem ritmu jenom kad uhvatimo pokrete. Sada smo spremni sli\u010dnu akciju prebaciti u polo\u017eaj jedno stopalo ispod koljena a drugo koljeno u podu (ili malo dignuto od poda) i ponavljamo uvijanja. Za kraj imamo rotacije iz niskog \u010du\u010dnja koje stimuliraju donji dio trbuha, ulaz i izlaz iz debelog crijeva. VITALNOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U \u010detvrtom se kratkom dru\u017eenju dragamo i duboko di\u0161emo. Namjestili smo se u par laganih polo\u017eaja&nbsp;koji iste\u017eu dijelove tijela na na\u010din da se otvore segmenti debelog crijeva. Tim pristupom ulazimo u svoj put probave pa\u017enjom (svije\u0161\u0107u), mirnim dahom i otvoreno\u0161\u0107u \u0161to su glavne karakteristike terapijskog rada. Prvo smo otvorili donji desni dio trbuha, na njega stavili dlan i mirno disali, zatim smo dignuli&nbsp;desnu ruku i rebro te disali u gornji desni ugao, pre\u0161li na gornji lijevi i na kraju se spustili na donji lijevi segment &#8211; izlazak iz debelog crijeva. Di\u0161emo iz dubine, kao tijelo di\u0161e iz onog dijela na koji smo stavili dlan. Dahom ulazimo u sebe, dovodimo mir, zdravlje i okrjepu.
