Playfulness is our nature and we need to nurture it, let us be cheerful and playful like a child, regardless of age. Yoga is the perfect playground for us, circus-like, some say. When we place our bodies in unusual positions, the nervous system rejuvenates because it makes new connections and connects neurons in a different way, which awakens youth and ease. We awaken rhythm and perform dance movements in which we indulge in the pleasure of dancing. Pu\u0161tamo si osjetiti iskrenost i otvorenost na\u0161ih emocija. Ples nam poma\u017ee da tijelom pu\u0161tamo, tijelo jedino mo\u017ee pustiti i izlije\u010diti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osnova somatske meditacije je upravo to &#8211; osjetiti i pustiti tijelom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er kada radimo nove i nepravilne pokrete poma\u017eemo spojiti nove \u017eiv\u010dane veze \u0161to daje nam mladost i mogu\u0107nost da vidimo stvari svje\u017ee. VAL U TIJELU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U plesu mo\u017eemo lako osjetiti kako je tijelo povezano i kako se segmenti tijela pokre\u0107u ovisno o ostalima. To je opet ona na\u0161a percepcija kako je tijelo povezano pod ko\u017eom s fascijom i kako je sve dio cjeline. U\u010dimo tako gledati na svoje tijelo i tada mo\u017eemo lak\u0161e vidjeti da na isti na\u010din funkcioniramo i kao zajednica. Iako nam mo\u017eda to nije o\u010dito, svi sudjelujemo u &#8220;kolektivnoj svijesti&#8221; kojoj doprinosimo svojim mislima, stanjima i osje\u0107ajima. Napisala sam kolektivnu svijest pod navodnike jer vi to mo\u017eete zvati kako ho\u0107ete ali znamo da je ve\u0107 dokazan utjecaj ve\u0107ine na pojedinca. \u017delim re\u0107i, kada mi ple\u0161emo i osje\u0107amo da je tijelo proto\u010dno i povezano, da su segmenti ovisni jedni o drugima ta percepcija ne treba stati samo na granici na\u0161e ko\u017ee. Sve oko nas jednako je pro\u017eeto i povezano s nama.&nbsp;Kada stvaramo dobar osje\u0107aj i zdrava stanja svojeg tijela poma\u017eemo i svima koji mo\u017eda sada nemaju tu priliku. SVILA KROZ PRSTE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ima jedna metafora kada u\u010dimo disati na yogijski na\u010din u kojoj ka\u017eemo da di\u0161emo kao da provla\u010dimo svilu kroz prste. Dah klizi i s lako\u0107om, bez napora te\u010de kao svila. Danas smo se prisjetili tako disati i krenuli u praksu s tom pa\u017enjom. Nastavili smo kru\u017eim pokretima koji razgibavaju ramena, vrat i gornja le\u0111a, a koje smo proveli kroz sat tako da smo ih ponavljali i nadogra\u0111ivali sve dok ih nismo skroz rasplesali. <br>Sat stavlja naglasak na \u0161irenje prsnog ko\u0161a, skliskost plesnih pokreta i cjelovitost svih aspekata tijela. Kretali smo se iz baze ratnika 2 kroz sredinu na drugu stranu. LAGANI POKRET<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lako\u0107a pokreta i daha daju nam osje\u0107aj ugode u tijelu koja nas spu\u0161ta u sada\u0161nji trenutak. Zato smo po\u010deli sa sporim, valovitim pokretima kroz tijelo i njima se uljulju\u0161kali u tu ugodu. Poslje smo legli na trbuh i pro\u0161li sfingu, otpustili&nbsp;napetosti u pod i napravili &#8220;ma\u010dku koja lovi svoj rep&#8221; s body scan meditacijom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prisjetili smo se da je korisno prepoznati razliku izme\u0111u problema kojeg mo\u017eemo rije\u0161iti i onog kojeg trenutno ne mo\u017eemo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ima ne\u0161to \u0161to mo\u017eemo rije\u0161iti promislimo koji je najbolji na\u010din da rije\u0161imo i onda djelujemo, trudimo se reagirati i djelovati iz ljubavi a ne averzije. GLADNI GLUTEUSI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mmm njam kako je dobar osje\u0107aj kad nam gluteusi prorade, onaj fini muskulfiber u guzi&#8230;<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je na\u0161e sjedi\u0161te i kada je ono razgibano ostatak tijela se odmah bolje namjesti. Krenuli smo di\u0161u\u0107i, bu\u0111enjem centra gustim Ujjayi dahom. Tako smo osvijestili onaj na\u0161 izdah koji stisne trbuh i nastavili ga koristiti u pozdravima suncu. TOPLI KRUGOVI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas smo razbudili tijelo malo po malo, s ljulju\u0161kanjem i skakutanjem iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja, par spinal breath valova&nbsp;i krugovima zdjelicom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kad krenemo tako polako onda&nbsp;ne moramo razbijati kroz umor i napetosti ve\u0107 se one same otapaju pa samo krenite. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nastavili smo s pozdravima suncu i dodatnim elementima da malo podignemo toplinu tijela &#8211; pulsacija iz high lunga u&nbsp;forward bend. Tako smo sve vi\u0161e uzburkali protok fine cirkulacije i kroz tijelo i probudili onaj dobar osje\u0107aj razgibanosti. Danas smo ih rasplesali s namjerom da ih mobiliziramo, oja\u010damo duboke mi\u0161i\u0107e i istegnemo iznutra. Vje\u017ebe su primarno rotacije u tom zglobu ali u raznim polo\u017eajima pa su neke i malo intenzivnije. Prvu najavu tih pokreta radimo ve\u0107 u zagrijavanju, pokreti ne trebaju biti ne\u0161to tehni\u010dki previ\u0161e istan\u010dano tako da se zaigrajte i u\u0111ite u ritam pokreta. Nastavljamo s pozdravima suncu te ciklusima iz psa prema dolje u ratnika 2. Isto tako napravili smo bazu za<em>&nbsp;Tripod headstand<\/em>&nbsp;i opet na vama je koliko \u0107ete daleko i\u0107i u asanu. Nije nu\u017eno niti potrebno da se di\u017eete u puni stoj na glavi. Mo\u017eete samo malo te\u017eine prenijeti na glavu i time stimulirati tu zonu. Va\u017eno je da te asane radite polako i da dobro osjetite koliko imate balansa, molim vas nemojte raditi ni\u0161ta naglo.
