In yoga, this does not only mean strengthening the superficial abdominal muscles, but also deep activity of the abdominal cavity. We prepare for yoga jumps, lunges, chaturanga, twists and asanas that connect a strong center. We add organ massage, with our hands but also with our internal muscles &#8211; yoga kriyas for cleansing the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will focus our attention on that part of the body so that we can use the fine abdominal muscles better and better. U uvodnom predavanju pri\u010damo o tome koji je to to\u010dno dio tijela, koja mu je funkcija, kako se s njime radi po yogijskim principima te koje bi bile korisne smjernice za prehranu prema ayurvedi kojima poma\u017eemo svojoj probavi i proto\u010dnosti crijeva. Pri\u010dali smo o principima u praksi yoge koje \u0107emo prolaziti i ponavljati ovaj mjesec. PUTEM TOKA CRIJEVA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapo\u010deli smo s masa\u017eom u smjeru&nbsp;kretanja toka u debelom crijevu. Masirali smo od desno dolje prema jetri pa preko \u017eeluca, prema lijevom&nbsp;rebru i onda lijevo dolje prema van. Nakon toga smo radili masa\u017eu tankog crijeva i abdominalne \u0161upljine s rukama. Stavili smo danas naglasak na otvaranju i zatvaranju tih donjih zona, ulaska i izlaska iz debelog crijeva koje na\u0161im&nbsp;pulsacijama poti\u010demo. Tako smo kroz sat probudili toplinu tijela i upalili aktivan \u017eiv\u010dani sustav (simpatikus) te poradili na gustom disanju koje izdahne &#8220;otrove&#8221; iz tijela. VRTLOG VITALNOSTI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jutros smo po\u010deli s masa\u017eama i nastavili s pozdravima suncu koje smo obogatili utkatasanama&nbsp;i pulsacijama. \u017dmi\u010demo i gnje\u010dimo, skupimo pa izdu\u017eimo i tako otklju\u010davamo sve u abdomenu da prote\u010de i &#8220;probije&#8221;&nbsp;blokade. Rad s trbuhom i mi\u0161i\u0107ima naravno da zahtjeva snagu i grije tijelo ali samo se sjetite da nije te\u0161ko nego izazovno i zanimljivo, da&nbsp;nije napor nego je trud. Organi u svojoj najboljoj funkcionalnosti spremni su potpuno osjetiti emocije ali i do kraja pustiti kada pro\u0111u. I to je \u017eivot punim plu\u0107ima &#8211; osjetiti ga, \u017eivjeti i pustiti kada pro\u0111e. VIR<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vir je izvor zdravlja i svijesti, a i vrtlog rotacija koje smo radili danas kroz sat. Krenuli smo s energiziranjem iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja, malo se vrtili&nbsp;i budili fiinu energiju tijela. Prona\u0161li smo put ugode kroz koji nam je lak\u0161e opustiti nepotrebne napetosti. Danas smo razmislili&nbsp;\u0161to u&nbsp;na\u0161em \u017eivotu mo\u017eemo otpustiti ili spaliti (u vatri transformacije), \u0161to vi\u0161e nismo&nbsp;mi i ne trebamo \u017eivjeti da pustimo. U skladu s tim radili smo rotacije oko kralje\u017enice i disali duboko, usmjereno. BO\u010cNA SNAGA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sat je posve\u0107en radu s bo\u010dnim trbu\u0161nim mi\u0161i\u0107ima. Od zagrijavanja u stoje\u0107em polo\u017eaju gdje ve\u0107 gusto izdi\u0161emo skra\u0107uju\u0107i bo\u010dne strane tijela do asana iz baze ratnika 2 i drugih raznih bo\u010dnih pulsacija. Bo\u010dni trbu\u0161ni mi\u0161i\u0107i su jako va\u017eni a rije\u0111e ih koristimo u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu.&nbsp;Dok radimo na\u0161e \u017emikanje &#8211; skra\u0107ivanje i izdu\u017eivanje bo\u010dnih strana razmi\u0161ljamo i o putu debelog crijeva, koje ide tu po strani, kako ga masiramo i poti\u010demo na rad. IZDAHOM U TWIST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U pokretima za bu\u0111enje probave radimo s dahom, a posebno s tim ciljanim gustim izdahom koji kre\u0107e od donjeg trbuha ili \u010dak jo\u0161 dublje od snage dna zdjelice. Danas smo ga prona\u0161li i pokrenuli kroz vi\u0161e pulsiraju\u0107ih pokreta i kroz stajanje u asanama. Zna\u010di put je dah pokre\u0107e tijelo&nbsp;s naglaskom da prazni na izdah. Prvo smo se dobrano zagrijali tako da kralje\u017enica polako proradi, otklju\u010da se i da nam se probudi probava. Onda sve lak\u0161e prote\u010de. VRTLOG CENTRA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas smo krenuli s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ujjayi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ujjayi<\/a>&nbsp;dahom koji dodaje gusto\u0107u i toplinu na\u0161im pokretima, a pogotovo tom pokretu izdaha iz donjeg trbuha. Pro\u0161li smo Kapalabhati za izolirati donje trbu\u0161ne mi\u0161i\u0107e i krenuli u zagrijavanje. Cat &#8211; cow varijante pulsacija koljeno &#8211; suprotni lakat i isti princip u down dogu pratili su ovaj sat. Takva twistanja poma\u017eu dinami\u010dno razbuditi trbuh tako da budimo vrtlog centra. MIRNI VJETAR<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Krenuli smo s bu\u0111enjem kralje\u017enice u 6 smjerova kretanja. Kad se omek\u0161aju le\u0111a odmah se lak\u0161e kre\u0107emo. Sat je miran i stabilan, pro\u0161li smo po redu pozdrave suncu i nekoliko poznatih stoje\u0107ih asana koje su ponovile smjerove razgibavanja le\u0111a uklju\u010duju\u0107i i rotacije kralje\u017enice. Radili smo i twist u \u010du\u010dnju tako da potaknemo taj duboki dio crijeva. Pazili smo da cijeli sat di\u0161emo duboko i mirno, a u asane smo ulazili sporo bez guranja na na\u010din da nas &#8220;tijelo pusti&#8221; i da se dobro namjesti. PRODU\u017dI &#8211; SKRATI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nastavljamo s temom gustog izdaha u pokretu stiskanja trbuha. \u017delimo jo\u0161 bolje potaknuti probavu i proto\u010dnost tog sistema na\u0161eg tijela. Nije va\u017eno koliki vam je opseg pokreta, va\u017eno je da stavimo pa\u017enju u centar i radimo, pa \u0107emo se sve vi\u0161e i bolje mo\u0107i pokretati. Ono s \u010dime se povezujemo mozgu je sve jasnije. U DUBINU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dahom smo se spustili u dubinu svojeg tijela. U dubinu \u0161upljine i ti\u0161ine trbuha. Taj kontakt s na\u0161im osje\u0107ajima je pravi put, jer mi ne reagiramo na drugoga i vanjske podra\u017eaje, ve\u0107 na svoju reakciju na njih. Zato kada smo u kontaktu sa sobom zapravo znamo gdje smo, \u0161to se doga\u0111a i kako reagiramo, to je i jedino mjesto iz kojeg mo\u017eemo po\u010deti reagirati druga\u010dije &#8211; \u010ditaj promijeniti ne\u0161to.&nbsp;Danas smo radili mirnu ali intenzivnu prasku sa stabilnim asanama kako bi imali vremena za prodisati i u\u0107i dahom do trbuha.
