Prvo su <em>cat &#8211; cow<\/em> valovi le\u0111ima popra\u0107eni disanjem iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja. Zatim sli\u010dni ali dublji pokreti, <em>spinal breath<\/em> fleksije i ekstenzije kralje\u017enice sa \u0161irenjem i skupljanjem ruku, tako\u0111er za razgibavanje u smjeru naprijed &#8211; natrag. BU\u0110ENJE PROBAVE <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Za potaknuti probavu i probuditi crijeva, radimo na pokretima koji skrate pa produ\u017euju trbuh i rade akciju &#8220;\u017emikanja&#8221; popra\u0107enu disanjem. Prva je vje\u017eba iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja suprotni lakat &#8211; suprotno koljeno, nakon toga iz <em>utkatasane<\/em> oba lakta prema koljenima uz gusto disanje i ritmi\u010dne pokrete i nekon toga twist iz \u0161irokog \u010du\u010dnja. VRAT I RAMENA <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pobolj\u0161ati stanje umornog i bolnog vrata te pogrbljenog dr\u017eanja radimo par stvari. Kao prvo razgibali smo rameni pojas i gornja le\u0111a tako da se malo opuste napetosti, zatim radimo na ja\u010danju gornjih le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a s polo\u017eajem &#8220;kaktus&#8221; ruke koji povla\u010di lopatice prema dolje i jednu prema drugoj. Srce je na\u0161 energetski centar i kada mu pridru\u017eimo svoju pa\u017enju budimo svoj prirodnu sr\u010danost.
