Consciously or not, they govern our thoughts, words, and actions, and thus form our personality. Karma (the law of action and the consequences of action) is nothing more than a series of intentions to which we react, which is why it is very important to become aware of them. We learn to see where we are acting from and how we can set clearer intentions and new motives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In asana practice, we work with decisively calm postures, longer holds, asanas for balance and stability in order to hold a space of determination and clarity with our bodies. We ask questions that illuminate the sparks of our action. Kad smo u nesvjesnom&nbsp;na\u010dinu&nbsp;funkcioniranju mi smo u automatizmu, sve se odvija samo posebi i vanjske sile utje\u010du na nas i mi se \u201crolamo\u201d po njihovom programu. Tek u svjesnoj&nbsp;namjeri je mogu\u0107nost promjene. S postavljenom namjerom idemo u praksu. Danas smo uredno pro\u0161li 4 pozdrava suncu A i dva B, nekoliko stoje\u0107ih asana s ponavljanjem receiving&nbsp;warriora iz ratnika 1 u kojem smo se naravno prepustili. PO\u010cETNA TO\u010cKA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo stanemo i osjetimo gdje smo da pustimo \u0161to je bilo kako bi mogli najotvorenije biti sada ovdje. Jasno, jel da?<br>S tim stavom u\u0111emo u praksu: dah, \u0161irenje daha, pozdravi suncu, asane i na kraju meditacija. Danas smo kroz sat pro\u0161li dosta pozdrava suncu i nekoliko stoje\u0107ih asana, balansa i opet ratnika s recieving warrior rukama. U asanama smo se poku\u0161ali prisjetiti po\u010detnog trenutka i kada je te\u0161ko i kada nam se neda \u2013 ipak da budemo \u0161iri od tog osje\u0107aja, pustimo i idemo dalje. NAMJERA U TIJELU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Skoro da nismo ni\u0161ta napravili, malo noga gore, malo lijevo-desno, ali zato samo ovo vrijeme kada smo tu na meditativan na\u010din je poanta ovih 40 minuta.&nbsp;Usporiti&nbsp;tijelom usporava um, a danas smo posebno naglasili pokret koji kre\u0107e iz mira. U miru osvijestimo impuls koji \u0161aljem kako&nbsp;bi se pokrenuli, osjetimo ga jasno u tijelu i onda svjesno&nbsp;i polako reagiramo na njega. FINA SNAGA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Krenuli smo sa \u0161irokim \u010du\u010dnjevima i otvaranjem unutarnje strane nogu \u2013 prepone, koje smo nastavili dodirivati kroz cijeli sat. Pro\u0161li smo pozdrave suncu, a nakon njih varijante ratnika 2 koje imaju tu rotaciju u prednjem kuku. Sat je fino jak za noge i dno zdjelice te radi na osna\u017eivanju baze. Na podu smo pro\u0161li par asana za istezanje prepona i umirivanje energije. Kada je \u201cte\u0161ko\u201d sjetite se da \u0107e pro\u0107i i da je upravo tada prilika za dati najbolje od sebe i pomaknuti svoje granice unutarnjeg buntovnika (\u201cjoj meni je ovo te\u0161ko, to je za one koji su u formi\u2026\u201d). OSJETOM ZNATI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas smo pro\u0161li nekoliko jednostavnih pokreta i osnova yoge, pozdrave suncu uz par obja\u0161njenja detalja, \u010disto za svaki slu\u010daj da ponovimo. Radili smo na produ\u017eivanju trupa i torza, prednje i bo\u010dne strane s na\u010dinom na koji smo protezali ruke kroz vi\u0161e polo\u017eaja. Bez da je baza (kukovi i noge) mirna i stabila nemamo se iz \u010dega istegnuti, tra\u017eimo ta dva smjera u svojem tijelu.&nbsp;Pri\u010dali smo o va\u017enosti toga da osjetimo tijelom, a to zna\u010di osjetiti svojim osjetilima (body awareness) i 6-\u010dulom koje je svijest koju imaju sve stanice u na\u0161em tijelu. POGON NA NAGON<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nagon je jaka sila u nama sisavcima, a izvor joj je u zdjelici. Tu su smje\u0161teni organi koji svojom silom i kemijom poti\u010du na\u0161 smjer kretanja \u2013 doslovno i metafori\u010dki. Op\u0107enito zdjelica je pokreta\u010d tijela, kuda krene zdjelica ostatak tijela prati. Danas smo se bavili mobilno\u0161\u0107u i razgibavanjem zdjelice s jedne strane da pove\u0107amo osvije\u0161tenost tog dijela tijela i osje\u0107aja koji nas tu \u201cgoni\u201d na pokret, a s druge strane da imamo ugodniji osje\u0107aj u tijelu i bolju pokretljivost. U biti naziv \u201cpogon na nagon\u201d je ono \u0161to ne \u017eelimo, \u017eelimo pogon na svijest i kontrolu, na svjestan odabir. Ponekad je te\u0161ko krenuti u praksu jer je tijelo prete\u0161ko, ali to je samo inercija prethodnog stanja. TO\u010cKE POKRETA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161i zglobovi su to\u010dke u kojma biramo kako se pokre\u0107emo, kuda idemo i \u0161to \u010dinimo, opet metafori\u010dki ali i doslovno. Ili se bar trudimo se birati\u2026 Refleksne reakcije ili \u201cnesvjesna pona\u0161anja\u201d su upisana duboko u na\u0161em tijelu, na\u0161im zglobovima i na\u010dinu kako \u017eiv\u010dani sustav funkcionira. JASNO\u0106A<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako u svojem tijelu razumijemo gdje smo i koje osje\u0107aje imamo? Znamo, bez puno razmi\u0161ljanja, samo znamo. To jasno znanje tijelom jako nam je va\u017eno da smo povezani sa sobom i onime \u0161to se iskreno sada doga\u0111a, a \u0161to je polazi\u0161te na\u0161ih namjera. Mi reagiramo na svoja osje\u0107anja, a ne na sugovornika i njegov problem. Empatija je osjetiti \u0161to i drugi osjeti ali osjetiti svojim tijelom. Danas smo radili jednostavan sat, poznatih sporih asana u kojem smo poku\u0161ali jasno znati gdje su nam dijelovi tijela i koje sile upotrebljavamo za pokret. Da znamo kako stoji tijelo, kako se osje\u0107aju dijelovi, koje imamo napetosti, gdje dr\u017eimo snagu i u kojim smjerovima se izdu\u017eujemo. PRANA U PRSA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo smo prona\u0161li \u201cFull yogic breath\u201d ili trodjelno disanje u kojem na udah punimo donji trbuh, pa dijafragmu, pa prsa i polako izdi\u0161emo kroz sva tri dijela tijela. Taj princip daha nastavili smo provla\u010diti kroz tijelo u pokretima zagrijavanja i kasnije u par asana. S obzirom da smo dosta ciljali gornji dio le\u0111a i ramena, pazite kada ulazite u te \u201cbackbendove\u201d da vam ne u\u0111e u donja le\u0111a \u2013 zna\u010di da idete do dubine koja je ugodna. ZDRAVA PROTO\u010cNOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolje i naju\u010dinkovitije zagrijavanje tijela dolazi kada uklju\u010dimo trbuh, a pogotovo kada spojimo izdah s radom donjih trbu\u0161nih mi\u0161i\u0107a. Danas smo se na taj na\u010din razbudili i pokrenuli s pulsiraju\u0107im pokretima i nekoliko asana za snagu, mir i stabilnost. Jedna zdrava yogijska proto\u010dnost koja nam je uvijek dostupna u na\u0161em tijelu samo se trebamo pokrenuti. Pri\u010dali smo o va\u017enosti toga da su sve na\u0161e akcije set namjera kojima biramo kuda da se kre\u0107emo kao i kad radimo yogu \u2013 damo zadatak na\u0161em tijelu i provedemo ga u djelo, jasno i odlu\u010dno. TLO NAMJERE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Namjera je tlo u koje sadimo svoje misli, rije\u010di i djela. Mo\u017eemo raditi isti pokret tijelom, na primjer gurnuti nekoga no o namjeri u pozadini ovisi \u0161to s time posti\u017eemo \u2013 da li nekoga odgurujemo ili gurkamo iz zezancije. Sve \u0161to radimo ima svoj u\u010dinak koji ovisi o namjeri iz koje djelujemo. Tako je i u yogi, praksa yoge nisu polo\u017eaji tijela nego stav koji imamo, iz kojeg se kre\u0107emo i radimo ove vje\u017ebe tijelom. Ta pokreta\u010dka energija je na\u0161a praksa pa je va\u017eno da radimo iz ljubavi i predaje, a ne iz krivnje i gomilanja (dobivanja, o\u010dekivanja). Praksom dajemo najbolje od sebe da budemo najbolja verzija sebe za dobrobit svih \u017eivih bi\u0107a.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Sve \u0161to radimo ima svoj u\u010dinak koji ovisi o namjeri iz koje djelujemo.
