Mobility means good and easy mobility in the joints and quality muscle tissue (not in spasm). Yoga itself is synonymous with mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We emphasize pelvic mobility, which is the basis for a healthy spine, stretching the hamstrings and psoas, which shorten with walking and running, and shoulder girdle mobility. Smjerove kretanja na\u0161ih zglobova i vje\u017ebe za motori\u010dke zglobove koji nas pokre\u0107u. Vitalnost kao prinicp zdravlja i vitalne energije ve\u017ee se uz to koliko smo pokretljivi i kako se dobro osje\u0107amo u svojem tijelu. UGODNA SJECI\u0160TA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161i su zglobovi to\u010dke promjene iz jednog u drugi polo\u017eaj, Mo\u017eda nam se \u010dini logi\u010dno i koristimo ih bez razmi\u0161ljanja ali to su jako va\u017ene prekretnice na\u0161eg tijela. Jutros smo ih sistematski pro\u0161li i razgibali, ve\u0107im zglobovima dali pa\u017enju i pranu te ih nakon pozdrava suncu \u2013 koji povezuju cijelo tijelo u jedno, stabilizirali sa par stoje\u010dih asana koje smo malo dulje zadr\u017eali. LINIJE TIJELA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Opet smo razgibali zglobove, pro\u0161li pozdrave suncu, nekoliko stoje\u0107ih asana za stabilnost i mirnu snagu te par asana na podu s yoga trakicom sve s mindful pristupom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontemplirali&nbsp;smo kako mo\u017eemo inteligentno utjecati na prirodu prolaznosti. KARIKE CJELINE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Krenuli smo odlu\u010dno s \u010du\u010dnjevima i spinal breath razgibavanjem, nakon toga u pozdrave suncu, obi\u010dne i malo dinami\u010dnije, iskorak s koljenom \u2013 za jo\u0161 produktivnije razgibavanje. Zatim par na\u0161ih finih stabilnih asana povezivanje cjeline&nbsp;i istezanje stra\u017enje lo\u017ee. Fini dinamitni&nbsp;sati\u0107, prava priprema za dan da nam u na\u0161em tijelu bude ugodno. SMJEROVI U KUKOVIMA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jutros smo se fino razgibali, naglasak je bio na mobilnosti kukova. Polo\u017eaji i pokreti koji razgibavaju kukove na sve \u010detiri, nakon toga pozdravi suncu i par stoje\u0107ih asana za stabilnost i rotacije u kukovima. Samo lijepo prionite. Koristimo ovo vrijeme za yogu tako\u0111er i za namje\u0161tanje te kvalitete na\u0161e pa\u017enje. Opu\u0161tena, budna prisutnost tijelom. MOBILNOST OD BAZE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinami\u010dno i proto\u010dno dalje. Opet malo \u010du\u010dnjeva i spinal breath za zagrijavanje, pa nakon toga pozdravi suncu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i one s iskorakom koljenom u pod u kojima se ne zadr\u017eavamo u&nbsp;<em>Down Dogu<\/em>&nbsp;nego samo kru\u017eimo. Od stoje\u0107ih asana opet smo pro\u0161li stoje\u0107e balanse ali danas s trakicom, radili istezanje hamstringsa i otvaranja iz kukova. PRODUKTIVNI POKRET<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Od uvodnih razgibavanja i spinal breath pokreta do dinami\u010dnih pozdrava suncu s dodatkom razgibavanja kralje\u017enice cat-cow pokretima. Vidjet \u0107ete super su ovi pozdravi suncu koji teku u kontinuitetu.<br>Kontemplirali smo odlu\u010dnost i kako najbolje i naj ispravnije reagirati u svakoj situaciji? KAO PTICA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas smo krenuli s op\u0107om mobilnosti no naglasili smo razgibavanje ramena. Radili smo s trakicama&nbsp;krugove iz ramena i nekoliko backbendova u kojima se otvaraju prsa. Stavili smo namjeru za dana\u0161nji dan neka budemo prisutni, neka vidimo jasno kako se tijelo formira, to\u010dnije kako reagira na informacije koje stignu do nas. SVI ZA JEDNOG, JEDAN ZA SVE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Zadnji sati\u0107 kojim sumiramo ovu temu, pro\u0161li smo svega po malo, dosta pokreta, gibanja, mobilnosti i par stati\u010dnih asana za stabilnost&nbsp;zglobova i istezanje hamstringsa. Na\u0161e je tijelo sistem u kojem&nbsp;ni jedan dio ne mo\u017ee biti izdvojen, svaki utje\u010de na cjelinu. Mi to mo\u017eemo iskustveno do\u017eivjeti u svojem tijelu kada radimo yogu.
