First, we feed ourselves with Prana and awaken the circulation so that oxygen reaches the organs and deeper tissues, and then we give sugar (food). We awaken digestion with massage, abdominal exercises, raising the temperature of the whole body, pulsating movements and twists. The task of digestion is to transform matter into energy that the body uses for life&#8217;s needs, but our emotions are also metabolized here. Taking what we need and letting the rest go is the task of healthy digestion (physically and emotionally). We will perform the exercises on an empty stomach, and after yoga, drink plenty of lukewarm liquid in small sips. Prvi dio sata je malo \u201cte\u017ei\u201d jer smo vrtili pozdrave suncu i pulsacije u ratniku I, drugi dio je malo vi\u0161e opu\u0161taju\u0107i s twistovima i shavasanom. Da br\u017ee i bolje propustimo tijelom sva stanja, u me\u0111uvremenu se ni\u0161ta ne pitamo samo krenemo u praksu, nje\u017eno, s ljubavlju i ponizno\u0161\u0107u. Ovaj mjesec&nbsp;kroz probavu ne nakupljamo ve\u0107 pu\u0161tamo da te\u010de, u\u010dimo da je na\u0161e tijelo taj proto\u010dni mehanizam za zdrav omjer primanja i pu\u0161tanja.
