The so-called upright posture is nothing more than the elongation of the front pectoral muscles and the strength of the upper back, which lower the shoulder blades down. When these muscle groups are activated in this way, we naturally stand upright and emotionally open to live our truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of us has something that makes us happy, where the \u201cheart opens\u201d, when we live in accordance with it, we are happier, less sick, have meaning and love the people around us. U drugom dijelu pri\u010dam o srcu kao jakom energetskom centru, jedru na\u0161e volje i smjera vjere te va\u017enosti koherentnog disanja koje uravnote\u017euje ritam srca. PRAVA SR\u010cANOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Krenuli smo s&nbsp;<em>heart space breathing<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 fokusom daha&nbsp;iz srca i stvaranjem sr\u010danog prostora koji smo kroz sat ra\u0161irili i pokretima. Sat je lagan i ugodan, pokreti su valoviti i \u0161iroki. Srce je na\u0161a lokomotiva, vodi sve stanice na\u0161eg tijela u jednom smjeru\u2026 Tako\u0111er srce ne bole bolni doga\u0111aji ve\u0107 nemogu\u0107nost da im se otvorimo. SR\u010cANA ODLUKA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gdje smo u na\u0161em \u017eivotu, \u0161to vidimo kao vrijednost u i da li to \u017eivimo? Najve\u0107a vrijednost je prihvatiti stvari takve kakve jesu i onda se iz tog prihva\u0107anja usmjeravamo. RITMI\u010cNA UGODA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo smo jutros malo sjeli osjetili se i krenuli s milovanjem lica. Blaga masa\u017ea izraza na\u0161eg srca. Nakon toga krenuli smo kroz poznate ritmi\u010dne pokrete i vodili se ugodom. Ugoda nas uvede u tijelo. Pro\u0161li smo niz polo\u017eaja koji lijepo \u0161ire prsni ko\u0161 i dovode dah duboko u \u201ckutke prsa\u201d. MEKANO OKO KRUTOG<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jutros je na\u0161e srce stvorilo prostor u kojem smije osjetiti krutost ali se s njom ne bori niti je poku\u0161ava razbiti. Bivamo topli i mekani svjesni prostor oko onoga \u0161to nam je te\u0161ko i pitamo kada je spremno da se samo opusti i promijeni. Radili smo Gomukha ruke polo\u017eaj koji intenzivno otvara ramena ali i dolazi u dodir s napetostima koje tamo dr\u017eimo, zato smo primijenili taj princip \u2013 stvoriti mekano oko krutog. SR\u010cANO POVJERENJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e se srce \u017eeli otvoriti \u017eivotu, dozvoliti si osjetiti, no ne mo\u017eemo dok nosimo povrede&nbsp;zbog kojih nas je strah otvoriti se s povjerenjem da budemo ponovo povrije\u0111eni. No ne mo\u017eemo \u017eivjeti zatvoreni i u strahu, nismo sretni. Zato dozvolimo otvoriti se iz srca s povjerenjem no ovaj put, kao odrasla osoba, znamo re\u0107i ne onome \u0161to bi nas moglo povrijediti. Dodali smo delfin ruke u Down dogu, koje rade duboku i jaku rotaciju u ramenima, polo\u017eaj je zahtjevan ali i jako koristan. Tako\u0111er radili smo namaste na le\u0111ima u kojem rotiramo iz ramena i opet otvaramo prsne mi\u0161i\u0107e i <em>Ustrasanu<\/em> \u2013 devu, otklon prema iza. DRAGULJ U SRCU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kopamo i dalje po otvaranju prsa, danas smo ugodnim&nbsp;ponavljaju\u0107im pokretima razgibali gornji dio le\u0111a i ramena te se prisjetili daha iz srca \u2013&nbsp;<em>Heart space breathing<\/em>. Nakon toga zadr\u017eali smo par polo\u017eaja za otvaranje ramena i prona\u0161li dubinu daha do kutaka u rebrima. Pro\u0161li smo opet delfin ruke u down dogu i planku, polo\u017eaje na trbuhu za ja\u010danje le\u0111a i devu. Jako je va\u017eno da prilikom izvo\u0111ena&nbsp;<em>back bendova<\/em>&nbsp;nemate bol u donjim le\u0111ima. GDJE JE VJERA?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Svi mi vjerujemo u ne\u0161to, to nije ni\u0161ta misti\u010dno, ve\u0107 \u010disto energija koja nas vodi svaki dan. To je baza iz koje se kre\u0107emo. Mo\u017eete istra\u017eitit&nbsp;\u0161to je energija pogona kod vas \u2013 osje\u0107aj da idemo dalje i da svaki dan ima smisla. Na primjer imamo vjeru kad skuhamo zdravi obrok da \u0107emo biti dobro, mo\u017eda povjerenje u ljudi. Gdje je na\u0161a vjera usmjerena? \u0160to je to stvarno vjera?
