We build this posture with yoga poses in which we strengthen the spine as the axis of alertness and strength and at the same time remain with a smile and softness. This is the Buddha&#8217;s middle path &#8211; that we are neither too relaxed so that we sleep unconscious of our life nor rigorously tense in stress, it is a posture in which we are responsive (we know how to react well when necessary and relax when it is time for that). SNAGA VS STRES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi dr\u017eali stav budne opu\u0161tenosti u tijelu u\u010dimo razlikovati i osvijestiti koji \u0107e nam mi\u0161i\u0107i kada se aktiviraju dati dobru zdravu snagu a koji di\u017eu stres. Snaga je osje\u0107aj da nosimo situaciju, a stres da padamo u nju bez izbora. U ovom smo se satu pozabavili stresom u ramenima \u2013 automatskim podizanjem ramena ili rje\u010dnikom tijela latissimus vs trapezius. ANTISTRES RAMENA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bavili smo se ramenim pojasom i odvajanjem mi\u0161i\u0107a kojima snagom dr\u017eimo ramena dolje od onih koji ih automatski di\u017eu gore kad smo u stresu. Krenuli smo jutros s osvje\u0161tavanjem mi\u0161i\u0107a \u010deljusti pa smo dahom \u201ckroz zube\u201d i masa\u017eom lica opustili \u017evaka\u010de mi\u0161i\u0107e. Nastavili smo s razgibavanjem vrata i ramena te ponovo na\u0161li princip da aktiviramo mi\u0161i\u0107e ispod pazuha koji nam dr\u017ee prsa, a da opu\u0161tamo trapezius. MINDFULNESS PIN<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo smo jutros malo sjeli i osjetili se, aha tu sam, osjetim dah u svom tijelu. Nakon toga krenuli smo povezivati snagu ispod pazuha s trbuhom i kineti\u010dkim lancem od ruke do noge. Kroz sat smo se pozabavili tom poveznicom i ciljanim osna\u017eivanjem trbuha s principom \u2013 izdah stisnem trbuh. Sve je to i dalje pri\u010da o tome kako imati zdravu snagu u svojem tijelu koja nam poma\u017ee da se nosimo sa situacijama, a ne upadamo u stres. VRIJEME ZA MENE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Malo vrijednog vremena koje uzmemo za sebe da svojim tijelom i pa\u017enjom treniramo najbolju kvalitetu prisutnosti i zdravlja. Po\u010deli smo s laganim milovanjem lica, masa\u017eom da se opustimo i onda krenemo u postupno zagrijavanje. MO\u0106 DONJEG TRBUHA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo smo \u0161akama osvjetili kako stisnuti donji trbuh, a da mo\u017eemo i dalje slobodno disati i onda kroz poznate polo\u017eaje i pozdrave suncu na\u0161li lijepi oslonac snage iz kojeg rastemo. Taj dio na\u0161eg tijela, donji trbuh riznica je \u201cakcije bez napora\u201d. Tu se i stvara novi \u017eivot, \u0161to je najve\u0107a mo\u0107 koju na\u0161e tijelo mo\u017ee dati. \u017divot se stvori \u201csam\u201d bez imalo napora i truda, sama snaga prirode. Po tom principu ka\u017ee Tao da mo\u017eemo \u017eivjeti, sna\u017eno ali bez napora. Snaga u ovom smislu nije mi\u0161i\u0107na kontrakcija. KROZ LICE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Krenuli smo s opu\u0161tanjem lica i par akupresurnih to\u010daka, zatim nje\u017eno u praksu. OTKRIVENA LAKO\u0106A<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jutros smo opet po\u010deli s licem, masa\u017ea i milovanje te ostali u kontaktu s tijelom kroz taj bla\u017eeni osje\u0107aj. To je osjetiti bez napora \u2013 lak\u0161e je bez napora osjetiti cjelinu tijela nego kada se \u201ckoncentriramo\u201d i gr\u010dimo pa osjetimo samo uski dio. \u0160to vi\u0161e dr\u017eimo osje\u0107aj cjeline lak\u0161e vidimo kada nam ne\u0161to suzi pa\u017enju i \u0161to je to bilo. SVE JE VE\u0106 TU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi odr\u017eali taj jednostavni svakodnevni mindfulness postavimo si dva pitanja: prvo, kako znam da sam tu? Osjetom, a ne obja\u0161njavanjem toga \u0161to osjetimo.
