To u\u010dimo tako da <strong>budimo svijest<\/strong> \u2013 mogu\u0107nost da u svakom trenutku znamo gdje smo i \u0161to se doga\u0111a, te time da treniramo <strong>smanjiti svoju reaktivnost<\/strong>, a pove\u0107ati <strong>kapacitet mirnog prostora<\/strong> u kojem smijemo dozvoliti da se odvija \u0161to je tu (tek kako bi iz mira, s jasnom namjerom mogli ispravno djelovati).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U vo\u0111enim meditacijama u\u010dimo nekoliko tehnika koje se baziraju na ovom osnovnom mindfulness principu. <br>1. Ostajemo \u0161iroka pa\u017enja koja je svjesna daha i tjelesnih senzacija disanja. <br>2. Malo naglasimo disanje i u\u010dinimo dah ugodnijim, produ\u017eimo ga i vidimo da li je lak\u0161e na taj na\u010din ostati prisutan. <br>3. Prolazimo \u201cbody scan\u201d meditaciju u kojoj putujemo tijelom, osje\u0107amo senzacije dijelova tijela i opu\u0161tamo \u0161to osjetimo.<br>4. Meditiramo kontemplativnu meditaciju neuvjetovane ljubavi i suosje\u0107anja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Predavanja i meditacije su vo\u0111ene i obja\u0161njene, slobodni ste iskoristiti \u0161to vam je zanimljivo, budite kreativni i istra\u017eite koji vam pristup najbolje odgovara. SAT <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dragi moji, dobro do\u0161li na te\u010daj Mindfulness meditacije.<br>Otvaramo ga s laganim uvodom u princip i metodologiju meditacije, poku\u0161ala sam sve pojednostaviti i sa\u017eeti, nadam se da je razumljivo, o svemu kroz te\u010daj jo\u0161 debatiramo. Meditirali smo dva puta po malo vi\u0161e od 5 minuta, prvi put smo poku\u0161ali ostati \u0161iroka pa\u017enja koja je svjesna daha i tjelesnih senzacija disanja, a u drugom smo navratu meditacije malo naglasili disanje, produ\u017eili dah i vidjeli je li lak\u0161e na taj na\u010din ostati prisutni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mislima smo dozvolili da do\u0111u i budu, a mi smo se vra\u0107ali biti promatra\u010d i svjedok. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Misli su bilo \u0161to, \u0161to prepoznate kao \u201cre\u010denicu\u201d u glavi, zna\u010di i misao o dosadi, o sumnji u to \u0161to radimo, o zbunjenosti oko toga jesmo li na dobrom putu i sli\u010dno su misli i tako\u0111er ih nastojimo pustiti da pro\u0111u dok formalno meditiramo i vratiti se u osje\u0107aj tijela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve sam vodila i objasnila, a vi provucite kroz svoju prizmu i naravno bilo bi mi drago da se referirate. SAT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pozdrav svima, evo nam i drugo meditativno dru\u017eenje.<br>Krenuli smo s nekoliko odgovora na pitanja i postavki koje je zaista korisno jasno razumjeti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Va\u017eno je spomenuti da mi svojim mislima ne trebamo slijepo vjerovati, one nisu \u201cna\u0161e\u201d, apsolutna istina, one su uvjetovane, prolazne i mi imamo pravo birati koje \u017eelimo zadr\u017eati, a koje treba odmah pustiti.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U meditaciji u\u010dimo kako, kao prvo osvijestiti i jo\u0161 bitnije pustiti. Uvjerljiva stanja i misli nas obuzmu i pri\u010daju pri\u010du u kojoj nam se \u010dini da nemamo izbora, da im moramo povjerovati. \u010cisto kad ve\u0107 znamo tu informaciju, mo\u017eemo se druga\u010dije postaviti. Mo\u017eemo se sjetiti: \u201caha ja ovom ne moram povjerovati, mogu pustiti da ta misao ili emocija budu tu, koliko god su uporni ali moja snaga vjere im ne ide\u201d. Kuda onda ide na\u0161a pa\u017enja? U misli koje su konstruktivne, u senzacije u tijelu ili jednostavno u \u0161irinu bivanja, tamo gdje se nismo zalijepili za tu misao. Malo smo pri\u010dali, malo odgovarali, malo meditirali, sve skupa, sat vremena brzo je pro\u0161lo. SAT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dragi moji, evo nam i tre\u0107eg mindful dru\u017eenja. <br>Danas smo zapo\u010deli s pri\u010dom o ispravnoj motivaciji za meditaciju i tome kako da odr\u017eimo redovnu meditacijsku praksu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bitno je da si ka\u017eemo \u017dELIM meditirati umjesto MORAM i da si u pozitivnom jeziku objasnimo za\u0161to je to dobro za nas. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na primjer, ne trebam meditirati jer nisam dovoljno dobra pa si iz tog stava zamjeram ako propu\u0161tam meditaciju ve\u0107 si za meditiranje ka\u017eem: <strong>\u201cneka istra\u017eim svoj um i provedem vrijeme u bu\u0111enju svoje svijesti i otvorenosti\u201d<\/strong>. Na taj na\u010din ve\u0107 imamo puno druga\u010diji pristup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er nadovezali smo se s obja\u0161njenjem koji odnos zauzimamo prema sebi, a to je onaj sa suosje\u0107anjem. Da suosje\u0107ajno do\u017eivimo svoje misli i emocije u kojima imamo averzije. To je nekako na\u010din s kojim uop\u0107e dovodimo svijest u tijelo i ton s kojim na\u0161a pa\u017enja biva s onime \u0161to osjetimo. SAT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dragi moji, evo nas na zadnjem dru\u017eenju u sklopu te\u010daja. <br>Posvetili smo se jo\u0161 nekim detaljima, a ponajvi\u0161e odnosu s kojim dr\u017eimo \/ do\u017eivljavamo \/ prihva\u0107amo \/ otpu\u0161tamo svoja iskustva. To je svijest koja ve\u0107 u sebi ima upisanu nje\u017enost i prijateljski odnos u kojem nema mr\u017enje prema onome \u0161to osje\u0107amo. Pro\u0161li smo \u201cbody scan\u201d meditaciju u kojoj putujemo tijelom, osje\u0107amo senzacije dijelova tijela i opu\u0161tamo \u0161to osjetimo. Nakon nje pro\u0161li smo i kratku kontemplativnu meditaciju suosje\u0107anja i ljubavi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Moja nada je da \u0161to jasnije razumijete\u00a0princip i\u00a0poantu ovog rada te da ste dobili uvid u dovoljno metoda koje mo\u017eete primijeniti. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako se one naizgled razlikuju sr\u017e im je ista a to je svijest, neosu\u0111ivanje, sjetiti se primijeniti suosje\u0107anje i birati da ne moramo povjerovati\u00a0(reagirati na, identificirati se sa\u2026) mislima i emocijama ali da ih po\u0161tujemo i pu\u0161tamo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dragi moji, meni je jako drago i kvalitetno dru\u017eiti se na ovaj na\u010din i evo nadam se da je bilo korisno. Na vama je da polagano ulazite u svoj svijet i upoznajete\u00a0se, igrajte se i opustite, ve\u0107 ste divna osoba s plemenitim namjerama i to je prava polazi\u0161na to\u010dka.  <strong>\u0160aljem veliki zagrljaj i slobodno se javite, tu sam.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:2%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:32%\">\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kao pravi prijatelj, mi smo si podr\u0161ka i ne osu\u0111ujemo \u0161to je tu ve\u0107 poku\u0161avamo biti strpljivi i puni razumijevanja. Budnost, jasno\u0107a i razumijevanje odgovaraju glagolu znati. <br>Za to da mo\u017eemo otvoreno prihvatiti \u0161to prepoznajemo, na to pristati i pustiti da bude te da pro\u0111e u svojem ritmu, trebamo se sjetiti da smijemo i da smo pozvani pu\u0161tati misli i osje\u0107aje. Misli nisu na\u0161e, nisu ne\u0161to \u010demu moramo vjerovati, na\u0161 je izbor kojima \u0107emo dati snagu a kojima ne. Proces otpu\u0161tanje gr\u010da ili zavodljivosti onih misli i stanja koja nisu korisna na\u0161a je snaga i ova je meditacija trening za to. Sjedimo tako mirno i gledamo, promatramo, \u0161irimo pa\u017enju, osje\u0107amo dah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U nekoliko navrata sam vas prisjetila \u0161to radimo i kako de se opustite i vratite k sebi.
