Nakon toga dodam malo vode i pustim da se u tavici \u0161paroge malo propirjaju. Kada voda ve\u0107inom ishlapi na povr\u0107e izlijem prethodno zamije\u0161ana jaja sa solju i paprom. To je zaista dobra kombinacija i mo\u017ee se vrlo uspje\u0161no napraviti u veganskoj varijanti. <strong>No ovaj sam put htjela probati jednu varijantu s mediteranskim namirnicama i nijansama okusa.<\/strong> Ove su \u0161paroge ipak mediteranska biljka, uz njihove grmove rastu ru\u017emarin, smilje, blitva i ostale &#8220;divlje&#8221; biljke. Onda dodam ri\u017eu, da se malo zastakli na ulju i papar da zamiri\u0161e. Nakon toga idu \u0161paroge, voda, sol i poklopac. Stavim ri\u017eoto da se kuha oko 12 minuta ali pazim neka ri\u017ea ostane <em>al dente<\/em> (vode treba biti \u0161alica i pol na \u0161alicu ri\u017ee). Zeleni listovi mogu biti bilo koji po va\u0161em izboru, imala sam ra\u0161tiku pa sam je stavila ali mo\u017ee i blitva, \u0161pinat ili kelj. Zatim stavim kumin i papar da se &#8220;dignu&#8221;** na tom vru\u0107em ulju. Zalijem s malo vode da se pirja jo\u0161 koju minutu. Zatim samo stavim svi ostale sastojke, osim octa i per\u0161ina s jo\u0161 dvije \u0161alice vode. Kuha se dok najve\u0107i komad cvjeta\u010de ne postane mekan, oko 15 minuta. Juhu pasirajte, mo\u017ee i sa \u0161tapnim mikserom pa ubacite soli i papra po \u017eelji, \u017eli\u010dicu octa i sitno sjeckani per\u0161in te ako treba jo\u0161 malo vode.
