These little wild shoots, with a bitter, seductive taste, are packed with vitamins, minerals, and excellent, easily digestible fibers, prebiotics\u2014food for our gut microbiome*.<\/strong> Wild asparagus is healthy and delicious, which is why we love to eat it. Of course, it is precious because it is not easy to forage and search for in the woods. To start, here are a few classic vegetarian asparagus recipes you can try as soon as asparagus season arrives.
