Prolazimo radionicu s ciljanim vje\u017ebama koje adresiraju individualne potrebe, a sastavljene su da ih mo\u017ee\u0161 usvojiti i raditi po potrebi.<br>Praksa uklju\u010duje vje\u017ebe za:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ramena, prsa i vrat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kralje\u017enicu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zdjelicu, pelvi\u010dno dno i zatvor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>umor, lak\u0161i san i oticanje zglobova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opu\u0161tanje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon radionice prolazimo vo\u0111eni sat yoge prilago\u0111en svim trudnicama te se za kraj opu\u0161tamo uz Yoga Nidru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova radionica namijenjena je da ti ponudi metode kojima \u0107e\u0161 tijekom cijele trudno\u0107e mo\u0107i adresirati izazove i odgovoriti na potrebe svojeg tijela kako bi smanjila napetosti i bolove. Svaka polaznica dobiva PDF s vje\u017ebama koje prolazimo na radionici kako bi imala alate za vje\u017ebati svaki dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom cijele trudno\u0107e potrebno je odr\u017eavati fizi\u010dku aktivnost kroz redovito svjesno kretanje. Vje\u017ebe se prilago\u0111avaju osobnim potrebama i mogu\u0107nostima koje se mijenjaju iz tjedna u tjedan.
