Sat se odvija u tonu nje\u017enosti, ljubavi i suosje\u0107anja uz dobar omjer opu\u0161tenosti i intenziteta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sati se slo\u017eeni od sporih pokreta koje nastojimo svjesno pratiti od po\u010detka do kraja i izvesti ih onako kako nam je u tom trenutku prirodno i potrebno.&nbsp;Zadr\u017eavamo se i u nekoliko restorativnih polo\u017eaja dulje vremena. Ponekad ti polo\u017eaji nisu isklju\u010divo ugodni pa osvje\u0161tavamo intenzitet i opu\u0161tamo koliko mo\u017eemo.&nbsp;Osvje\u0161tavamo i produbljujemo dah kojim&nbsp;poti\u010demo izmjenu u tijelu ali i spu\u0161tamo pa\u017enju u djelove tijela.
