{"id":13667,"date":"2021-11-26T14:55:53","date_gmt":"2021-11-26T13:55:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/programi\/online-meditacija\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T12:22:56","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T10:22:56","slug":"online-meditacija","status":"publish","type":"programi","link":"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/programi\/online-meditacija\/","title":{"rendered":"Mindfulness meditacija"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"820\" height=\"780\" src=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/medit.webp\" alt=\"Mindfulness meditacija ilustracija\" class=\"wp-image-9212\" style=\"width:250px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/medit.webp 820w, https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/medit-600x571.webp 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 820px) 100vw, 820px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:80%\">\n<p><strong><em>Mindfulness<\/em>&nbsp;je meditacijska praksa kojom razvijamo vje\u0161tinu obra\u0107anja pozornosti na sada\u0161nji trenutak te vje\u0161tinu neosu\u0111uju\u0107eg odno\u0161enja prema sada\u0161njem iskustvu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mindfulness<\/em>&nbsp;(pomnost)&nbsp;je prirodna&nbsp;sposobnost svakog \u010dovjeka da bude&nbsp;svjestan onoga \u0161to se doga\u0111a u sada\u0161njem trenutku i da isto mo\u017ee prihvatiti sa suosje\u0107anjem, na miran na\u010din.&nbsp;To je stanje svijesti u kojem um ne osu\u0111uje niti se opire onome \u0161to prepoznaje i&nbsp;\u0161to trenutno jest te ima dovoljno prostora procijeniti kako se ispravno postaviti.&nbsp;Dva su klju\u010dna elementa&nbsp;<em>mindfulnessa<\/em>, svijest \/ budnost&nbsp;i suosje\u0107anje \/ prihva\u0107anje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Biti <em>mindful<\/em> i imati te kvalitete uma nije slu\u010dajnost, to je svjestan odabir svakoga od nas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz tog razloga, da bi se uop\u0107e mogli sjetiti sada\u0161njeg trenutka, potrebno je redovito \u201ctrenirati\u201d kroz formalnu i neformalnu meditacijsku praksu.<br>Mi djelujemo iz obrazaca&nbsp;i navika&nbsp;(svjesnih i nesvjesnih) koje smo stekli, kada meditiramo mi &#8220;treniramo&#8221; na\u0161 um da sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e odlu\u010duje biti u direktnom iskustvu s tjelesnim senzacijama, osje\u0107ajima i mislima te da vidi jesu li nam ranije steknute navike zaista korisne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako kultiviramo tu vje\u0161tinu prisutnosti bez potrebe da sudimo, izbjegavamo ili se ve\u017eemo za svako iskustvo\/stanje, otvaraju se novi izvori razumijevanja i mudrosti, prilike za druk\u010dije odluke i put ka slobodnijem \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Metta<\/em> (<em>loving kindness<\/em>) je meditacija<\/strong> u kojoj svjesno kultiviramo mentalna i emocionalna stanja dobre volje, ljubavi i suosje\u0107anja za sebe i druge.&nbsp;U formalnoj meditaciji ove vrste kontempliramo pozitivne karakteristike \u017eivih bi\u0107a kako bi plemenita stanja ljubavi i suosje\u0107anja razvili u svojem srcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neke od tema pogledajte na videima dolje ili potra\u017eite vi\u0161e meditacija na mojem&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC2NTh6YjAvCLwIP18q_XIEQ\">YouTube<\/a>&nbsp;kanalu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"moj-put-meditacije\">Moj put meditacije<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Moj put do meditacije bio je spontan i \u010dini se neizbje\u017ean. <br><\/strong>S osamnaest godina iznenada mi je preminula majka, iste godine odselila sam u Ljubljanu studirati dizajn na akademiji. To je bila velika prelomnica za mene, veliki \u0161ok i potpuni <em>cut<\/em>. Ostala sam bez tla pod nogama, od \u0161oka sam bila prazna, nisam ni\u0161ta osje\u0107ala i nisam mislila da \u0107u se ikada vi\u0161e radovati \u017eivotu. U Ljubljani sam upoznala ekipicu koja radi yogu i meditira, yoga mi je odmah bila prirodna, a meditaciju nisam ba\u0161 razumjela &#8211; sjediti mirno, zatvorenih o\u010diju i \u0161to sad?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon druge godine studija, s prijateljem odlazim u Sri Lanku. Bili smo tri mjeseca u budisti\u010dkom meditacijskom centru u d\u017eungli po tradiciji <em>Theravada<\/em> budizma pod vodstvom Bhante Pemasirija. Prvi mjesec sam bila u finom kotli\u0107u patnje i \u017eeljela sam pobje\u0107i. Nisam razumjela \u0161to radim, sve mi je bilo nepoznato i besmisleno. Imala sam bilje\u017enicu u koju sam zapisivala \u0161to sam u\u010dila i crtala prirodu oko sebe. Tre\u0107i mjesec je sa\u017eeo sve, odsjedila sam svoje prvo 10 &#8211; dnevno <em>Vipassana<\/em> povla\u010denje u potpunoj ti\u0161ini od u\u010ditelja S. N. Goenke. Tamo sam prvi puta u dvije godine osjetila veselje i vidjela nadu da se mogu probuditi iz tame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u010cini se da nas duboke boli i te\u0161ka iskustva beskompromisno gurnu u dodir sa sobom te da iz njih najvi\u0161e nau\u010dimo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon povratka u Europu, dovr\u0161ila sam studij i vratila se u Zagreb, krenula raditi u dizajnu i poha\u0111ati redovne sate yoge. Dugo godina taj put u Sri Lanku odjekivao je u meni kao veliki dragulj ali i kao neki ideal \u017eivota kojeg ne mogu ovdje \u017eivjeti. Prelamala sam se jer je meditacija bila &#8220;tamo&#8221;, ono iskustvo mira i prostornosti koje svakodnevni \u017eivot nije nudio. Trebalo mi je neko vrijeme da otpustim tu ideju ideala, \u017eelju da se vratim u <em>Srilankan state of mind<\/em> te da shvatim da trebam ujediniti meditaciju i svakodnevni \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Misliti da postoji ne\u0161to bolje negdje drugdje je veliki problem zbog kojeg neuspjevamo biti tu s ovime \u0161to je i dati najbolje od sebe sada.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2010. godine odlazim nekoliko puta u budisti\u010dki centar u Zagrebu kod \u017darka Andri\u010devi\u0107a, divno je bilo prisjetiti se note budizma u zagreba\u010dkoj okolini.<br>2011. godine dolazim na prvo predavanje <strong>Mislava Bre\u010di\u0107a<\/strong> o <em>Mindfulness<\/em> meditaciji te nastavljam redovno sjediti s njim. Mislav prevodi Budin nauk na na\u0161 jezik i kulturu te spaja sa \u017eivotom kojega \u017eivimo tu i sada, na taj na\u010din meditacija je poziv svakome neovisno o vjeri i kulturolo\u0161koj pozadini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz godine poha\u0111am brojna meditacijska povla\u010denja poznatih u\u010ditelja meditacije: <strong>S. N. Goenka centri, Bhante Sujiva, Mislav Bre\u010di\u0107,&nbsp;Ajahn Sundra, Martine Batchelor, Tina Rasmussen<\/strong>. Veliki utjecaj na mene imali su slijede\u0107i u\u010ditelji \u010dija sam predavanja studirala, zapisivala, a znanje primjenjivala:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer Najjednostavnije re\u010deno umjesto da poku\u0161avamo razviti meditaciju kroz na\u0161 lijevi mozak, razmi\u0161ljaju\u0107i um, na na\u010din kao da gledamo prema dolje, \u0161to je slu\u010daj s ve\u0107inom suvremenih pristupa, somatska meditacija uklju\u010duje proces od tijela prema gore i u tijelo.
