Pogled ka unutra zna\u010di upoznavanje vlastitih navika i stanja koja se ponavljaju. Avantura jedrenja i sloboda morskog prostranstva daju nam dovoljno prostora da ih sagledamo iz druga\u010dije perspektive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plovidba nas povezuje s prirodom na neobi\u010dan na\u010din i podsti\u010de druga\u010dije od drugih okru\u017eenja. U iskustvu broda, vjetra i mora gotovo svako pristajanje upotpunili smo jogijskom praksom, a plutanje u tihim uvalama meditacijom. Ljuljanje broda u ve\u010dernjim satima pratila je joga nidra za dubok i kvalitetan san. Poslije dva dana na moru otpustili smo brige svakodnevnog \u017eivota, zaboravili kopnene potrebe i prepustili se iskusnom skiperu Janku i morskim strujama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raspored smo iz dana u dan prilago\u0111avali vremenu i raspolo\u017eenju grupe. Svakog dana nastojali smo da uradimo dinami\u010dnu praksu, jogijsko disanje, meditaciju i \u0161etnju i pojedemo dva ukusna kuvana obroka.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column na\u010din.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S odu\u0161evljenjem smo prihvatile poziv da provedemo sedam dana na Bi\u0161evu u okviru\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bi\u0161evo Island Artist Residency<\/a>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Prona\u0107i mir na malom otoku usred Jadrana krajem avgusta zvu\u010dalo je kao jedna od rijetkih oaza \u201eMediterana kakav je nekada bio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bi\u0161evo nam je ponudilo i vi\u0161e: netaknutu prirodu, divne vidike, mirise autohtonog bilja, neprekidni \u0161um mora, ukuse oto\u010dke hrane, gostoprimstvo doma\u0107ina i nova prijateljstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bi\u0161evo je idealno mjesto za duboku, plemenitu ti\u0161inu i posmatranje divljine, ali i terasa od suvog zida koje je vredan ljudski rad oblikovao i zasadio vinogradima i maslinama. Takvo okru\u017eenje samo po sebi poziva na istinsku jogu, povezivanje tijela i duha, odnosno daha, kao na\u0161e jedine prave prirode.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Praksu smo nadogradile li\u010dnom ekologijom, koriste\u0107i lokalne namirnice i u\u010destvuju\u0107i u gradnji suvog zida. Sve nas je to podstaklo da razmislimo koliko smo duboko i neraskidivo povezani s prirodom i njenim promjenama i koliko nam zna\u010di zajednica drugih bi\u0107a \u010diji smo dio.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u010deri provedene u krugu prijatelja, ispunjene deljenjem dubokih ljudskih iskustava i pri\u010da, bile su poseban za\u010din na\u0161eg boravka i na tome smo duboko zahvalne.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zahvalne smo doma\u0107inu Stjepanu Tafri na otvorenim vratima i pomo\u0107i u organizaciji. Kao i drugi programi u <a href=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BIAR rezidenciji<\/a> doprinele smo projektu volontiranjem, radom u vrtu i na terasama od suvog zida i kuvanjem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" Tokom povla\u010denja \u017eivimo jogijskim na\u010dinom \u017eivota: vje\u017ebamo, meditiramo, budimo probavu, di\u0161emo, boravimo u prirodi i pripremamo posebnu hranu prema ajurvedskim principima.
