Pokazalo mi se najbolje da smo same na satu jer na taj na\u010din mo\u017eemo svaki put pro\u0107i ono \u0161to ti je potrebno, privatno porazgovarati te dogovoriti vrijeme u koje ti pa\u0161e da vje\u017ebamo. Tim pristupom sve su dosada\u0161nje polaznice imale odli\u010dan, terapijski u\u010dinak od prenatalne yoge. Sati obuhva\u0107aju vje\u017ebe disanja, prilago\u0111ene vje\u017ebe snage i istezanja, vrijeme za&nbsp;opu\u0161tanje, samomasa\u017eu i prenatalnu meditaciju.&nbsp;Nastojim odgovoriti na potrebe i pitanja koja ima\u0161 kako bi kroz vje\u017ebu lak\u0161e i ljep\u0161e pro\u0161la ovo posebno razdoblje. Mjese\u010dni paket uklju\u010duje dva ili \u010detiri sata <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/online-yoga\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"10\">online yoge<\/a> u trajanju od 45 minuta. Daljnju edukaciju za yogu (RYT 500) odradila sam u Divya yoga centru 2017. godine. Pro\u0161la sam mnogobrojne edukacije u podru\u010dju yoge, terapije, bodywork tehnika i meditacije te imam polo\u017eenu diplomu za Prenatalnu yogu. <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/o-meni\/\"
