Kada stanemo na njegovo tlo kona\u010dno usporimo, utihnemo u ulogu promatra\u010da, dobijemo osje\u0107aj prostora i \u0161irine uz pogled na pu\u010dinu i beskraj horizonta. Poletni vjetar nosi miris \u010diste borovine, aromati\u010dnog bilja i neotkrivenih mogu\u0107nosti. More pjeva svoju vje\u010dnu pjesmu, kristali se tirkiznim dubinama i poziva nas da uronimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bivaju\u0107i tako, utonemo svim osjetilima u optimizam kojim nas priroda daruje i budi zdravlje u nama. Yoga na pla\u017ei Porat &#8211; za sve posjetitlje Bi\u0161eva<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Kombinacija mirne sjene borove \u0161umice uz pje\u0161\u010danu pla\u017eu i praksa yoge recept je za poseban do\u017eivljaj. Sati yoge sastoje se od metoda disanja, vje\u017ebi pokretljivosti za bu\u0111enje kralje\u017enice, elemenata pozdrava sunca i osnovnih yoga asana s opu\u0161tanjem i meditacijom na kraju. Ovisno o vremenu, yogu mo\u017eemo raditi ujutro u \u0161umarku uz more, na suhozidnim pristavama ili natkrivenoj terasi. Imamo vegetarijanski, a po potrebi bezglutenski ili veganski meni. Brinemo da je hrana ukusna, privla\u010dna i hranjiva, da nam daje odli\u010dnu vitalnu energiju i \u010disti organizam. href=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\" target=\"_blank\">udruge Bi\u0161evo<\/a>. Uklju\u010duje rezidencijalne, lokalne i online programe koji se bave promicanjem zdravog na\u010dina \u017eivota, te organizacijom povla\u010denja (yoga retreata), savjetovanja, predavanja, seminara i drugih stru\u010dnih skupova s ciljem promocije va\u017enosti zdravlja i zdravog na\u010dina \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Kako do\u0107i na Bi\u0161evo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan putovanja do Bi\u0161eva uklju\u010duje vi\u0161e faza, jer nema direktne kopnene veze. Evo kratkog opisa i koraka:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trajekt ili katamaran od Splita do Visa<\/strong>:<br>Prvo trebate iz Splita sti\u0107i do otoka Visa. Jadrolinija ima redovne trajektne linije i brze katamaranske linije koje povezuju Split i Vis. Trajekt vozi oko 2-2,5 sata, dok katamaran vozi br\u017ee (oko 1,5 sat).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Od Visa do Komi\u017ee:<\/strong><br>Od Visa do Komi\u017ee mo\u017eete sti\u0107i na nekoliko na\u010dina, budu\u0107i da se <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/programi\/yoga-u-komizi\/\" data-type=\"programi\" data-id=\"3984\">Komi\u017ea<\/a> nalazi oko 10 kilometara zapadno od grada Visa, glavne luke otoka. <br>Evo nekoliko opcija:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Autobusom<\/strong>: Postoji redovna autobusna linija koja povezuje grad Vis i Komi\u017eu. Autobusi voze nekoliko puta dnevno, posebno u sezoni, a vo\u017enja traje otprilike 15-20 minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automobilom<\/strong>: Ako ste iznajmili automobil, putovanje cestom D117 koja povezuje Vis i Komi\u017eu je vrlo jednostavno. Vo\u017enja traje oko 15 minuta. Cesta je dobro odr\u017eavana, a pru\u017ea i lijep pogled na otok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taksijem<\/strong>: Tako\u0111er, mo\u017eete uzeti taksi, \u0161to je brza i udobna opcija. Taksiji su dostupni u luci Vis, ali je uvijek dobro provjeriti cijenu unaprijed jer mo\u017ee varirati, posebno tijekom turisti\u010dke sezone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biciklom ili skuterom<\/strong>: Izme\u0111u Visa i Komi\u017ee mo\u017eete se voziti i biciklom ili skuterom. Otok Vis ima brojne biciklisti\u010dke rute, a cesta izme\u0111u Visa i Komi\u017ee je relativno lagana za vo\u017enju.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brod ili taksi-brod od Komi\u017ee do Bi\u0161eva<\/strong>:<br>Kada stignete u Vis, iz mjesta Komi\u017ea (na zapadnoj obali otoka Visa) postoje lokalni brodovi koji voze do Bi\u0161eva. Vo\u017enja od Komi\u017ee do Bi\u0161eva traje oko 20-30 minuta. Mo\u017eete koristiti redovnu brodsku liniju koja je uglavnom dostupna u turisti\u010dkoj sezoni ili iznajmiti taksi-brod.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je unaprijed provjeriti rasporede trajekata i lokalnih brodova, posebno izvan ljetne sezone kada su linije rje\u0111e.
