Grupa i interes se ljeti naravno pove\u0107aju kada otok posje\u0107uje mnogo vi\u0161e ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S veseljem sudjelujem i organiziram yogijska <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/programi\/arhiva-dogadanja\/\" data-type=\"programi\" data-id=\"1835\">doga\u0111anja <\/a>na <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/programi\/bisevo-yoga-healing-space\/\" data-type=\"programi\" data-id=\"2769\">Bi\u0161evu<\/a> i u Komi\u017ei, pridru\u017eite mi se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow data-id=\"159\">mindful<\/a><\/em> i terapijski<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/blog\/yoga-terapija\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/blog\/yoga-terapija\/\">Terapijski<\/a> zna\u010di da nastojim odgovoriti na potrebe boljki koje nosimo u tijelu, na primjer bolna le\u0111a, vrat ili ramena, slaba probava, lo\u0161e dr\u017eanje, krutost u tijelu, stres i sli\u010dno. Sati koje vodim mogu ciljati neki problem ili zonu tijela ako je to potrebno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mindful<\/em> pristup zna\u010di da pri vo\u0111enju nagla\u0161avam kako zadr\u017eati dobar omjer snage i opu\u0161tenosti u tijelu dok izvodimo polo\u017eaje. Kako da razvijamo zdravu snagu bez stresa, te da zaista slu\u0161amo svoje tijelo i ne borimo se s njime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>U <em>mindful<\/em> yogi pu\u0161tamo da se tijelo otvara u prirodnom tempu, kada je spremno da nas pusti, a mi samo dajemo priliku za otvorenost.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U podu\u010davanju nagla\u0161avam va\u017enost tjelesne svijesti koju svi imamo po prirodi, a u somatskom pokretu joj se vra\u0107amo.
