Bilo kakva bol, lo\u0161a mobilnost, uklije\u0161tenost i napetost kralje\u017enice veliki je problem za cjelinu, zato je jedna od glavnih motivacija yogijske prakse odr\u017eavati kralje\u017enicu vitalnom. Ovaj mjesec radimo na mobilnosti \u2013 dobroj pokretljivosti svih malih zglobova me\u0111u kralje\u0161cima i dobroj kvaliteti mi\u0161i\u0107a uzdu\u017e le\u0111a. Kre\u0107emo se u 6 osnovnih smjerova, rotiramo oko te osi, di\u0161emo uzdu\u017e le\u0111a i radimo ciljane vje\u017ebe kojima pobolj\u0161avamo funkcionalnost le\u0111a.\u00a0<strong>Druga rije\u010d kojom mo\u017eemo opisati mobilnost je \u201cproto\u010dnost\u201d, tom rije\u010di nagla\u0161avamo energetski aspekt pokretljivosti.<\/strong> Na\u010din kojim u tijelu budimo protok fine energije, teku\u0107ina i cirkulaciju. Kada na taj na\u010din osvijestimo svoju centralnu os i na njoj dr\u017eimo pa\u017enju dok se kre\u0107emo mo\u017eemo jako dobro osjetiti svaki detalj pokreta.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S tim smo fokusom u\u0161li u praksu u kojoj dosta detaljno prolazimo 6 smjerova kretanja + dekompresiju u vi\u0161e polo\u017eaja u odnosu na gravitaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro\u0161li smo razgibavanje u svim tim smjerovima, poku\u0161avali zadr\u017eati pa\u017enju ba\u0161 na tim finim pokretima i segmentima kralje\u017enice te se sjetili da dobra mobilnost uz stabilnost daju najbolju podlogu tijelu i emocijama da propu\u0161taju \u0161to treba i kada treba. IZRA\u017dENI ZAMAH<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dah izra\u017eava zamah tijela. Zapo\u010deli smo sat s dahom koji putuje uzdu\u017e kralje\u017enice, na udah prema gore i na izdah prema dolje. Tom smjeru kretanja daha dodali smo pokrete zamaha tijelom u ekstenziju kralje\u017enice, na udah, i fleksiju, na izdah. Dodali smo i poja\u010dani rad trbuhom, na udah pokret i polo\u017eaj tijela izdu\u017euju prednju stranu, a na izdah je skra\u0107uju. Ni\u0161ta posebno komplicirano nego samo cat \u2013 cow pokreti ali u drugim polo\u017eajima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nekako je ideja da se prozra\u010dimo tim disanjem punom linijom i da uronimo u zamahe tijelom koji nagla\u0161avaju razliku u smjerovima kretanja kralje\u017enice \u2013 u ta dva smjera, naprijed, natrag. IZVIJANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dana\u0161nji nam je sat nastavak na prethodni u smislu da ekstenzijama i fleksijama radimo prostor izme\u0111u kralje\u017eaka.<\/strong> Nastavili smo tome pristupati\u00a0na nekoliko na\u010dina, naravno s cat \u2013 cow pokretima kojima smo jo\u0161 dodali i nogu u zrak te pokretima iz\u00a0<em>Kapiasane<\/em>\u00a0zdjelicom naprijed natrag. U tim pokretima, osim dahom, i zdjelicom zadajemo\u00a0ritam iz kojeg se nastavlja val kralje\u017enice. Drugim rije\u010dima zdjelica ide naprijed i dolje \u010dime kralje\u017enica nastavlja val u ekstenziju \u2013 izvijanje prema natrag i obrnuto. Pro\u0161li smo te pokrete u nekoliko polo\u017eaja, va\u017eno je da radite polako i do mjere koja vam je u redu za donja le\u0111a ako osjetite bol ili napetost ona se mo\u017ee ponavljanjem pokreta samo poja\u010dati \u0161to nije namjera ovih vje\u017ebi.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tijekom sata radimo i nekoliko polo\u017eaja za istezanje hamstringsa, tako\u0111er u ime toga da otklju\u010damo zdjelicu polo\u017eaj zdjelice (a time i le\u0111a).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pro\u0161li smo polo\u017eaje le\u017ee\u0107i trbuhom na podu u kojima ponavljamo ili \u010dak produbljujemo ekstenziju kralje\u017enice, u kobri i sfingi pa ponovo ubla\u017eite ako vam se sve previ\u0161e prelama u jednoj to\u010dci u le\u0111ima. MASA\u017dA LE\u0110A<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najbolja masa\u017ea je naravno dobra kombinacija opu\u0161tenog tijela i rada s okolnim\u00a0mi\u0161i\u0107ima tako da tkiva koja \u017eelimo izmasirati postanu mekana. Namera nam je bila stvarno u\u0107i u ona male mi\u0161i\u0107e, naju\u017ei sloj uz le\u0111a, rotatore, pa smo zato u satu nanizali rotacije. Bez brige, opu\u0161taju\u0107e i pasivne rotacije u le\u017ee\u0107em polo\u017eaju uz koje smo zadr\u017eavali na\u0161u meditativnu svijest. Pro\u0161li smo nekoliko vje\u017ebica rotacija u kojima smo tijelo koje se kre\u0107e i svijest o tjelesnim senzacijama pokreta osje\u0107ali u odnosu, za razliku od tijela koje se umiruje\u00a0kroz tjelesne senzacije opu\u0161tanja izme\u0111u pokreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kontemplirali smo jedan jako va\u017ean, mo\u017eda \u010dak i esencijalni koncept u Budizmu koji ka\u017ee da je prava istina stvarnosti ne osobna (<em>Anatta<\/em>). Neosobnost iskustava mo\u017eemo jako lijepo razumjeti kada smo u tijelu i kada razumijemo prirodnost i prolaznost tjelesnih senzacija. Kada vidimo da su ugoda i neugoda\u00a0prirodne i da su uvjetovane ponekad\u00a0okolinom, ponekad biolo\u0161kim procesima onda mo\u017eemo prepoznati sve one koncepte koje dodajemo i koji su zapravo uzrok na\u0161eg nezadovoljstva. Na primjer ako na topli dan dodajemo svoju averziju\u00a0ja ne volim\u00a0vru\u0107ine, onda imam JA koji je nezadovoljan s prirodom stvarnosti. PRANA U NAMA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zapo\u010deli smo iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja u kojem samo blago skvr\u010dimo koljena i time pomognemo le\u0111ima da do\u0111u u jedan vrlo neutralan polo\u017eaj. Prodisali smo kroz taj proto\u010dni kanal u sredini svojeg tijela, kroz kralje\u017enicu i po\u010deli se, ve\u0107 samim dahom, sabirati u svoje tijelo. U stoje\u0107em zagrijavanju najavili smo pokrete rukama koje volim zvati sr\u010dana mandala jer kru\u017eimo kao oko kuglice iz srca. Ti pokreti razgibavaju kralje\u017enicu u svim smjerovima povezano.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokrete smo ponovili kasnije tijekom sata u bazi ratnika 1. U satu radimo s rotacijama kralje\u017enice i opu\u0161tanjem kukova u pod u nekoliko asana koje blago otvaraju kukove. Mo\u017eda \u0107e biti malo zbunjuju\u0107 polo\u017eaj <em>Gomukhasana<\/em>\u00a0nogu pa savjetujem da si pripremite ciglicu, dekicu ili jastuk uz sebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malo smo se u dana\u0161njem satu dotaknuli pojma raspr\u0161ene Prane, koji je jedan yogijski \u201cslang\u201d pojam za nemir, previ\u0161e stvari u glavi, neodlu\u010dnost i sli\u010dno. SPIRALNO KRETANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U prirodi \u010desto vidimo da se energija kre\u0107e spiralno, najlak\u0161e to vidimo po na\u010dinu kako se voda kre\u0107e ali i zrake svjetlosti ili radijacije od sunca kre\u0107u se tako. I sama planeta lovi sunce hrle\u0107i spiralno kroz svemir. Ideja kontemplacije o tom kretanju je da probudimo jedan organski tok energije kroz tijelo i svoju centralnu os. U to smo ime danas svoju kralje\u017enicu kretali spiralno i kru\u017eno, malo smo razgibavali kukove tako\u0111er u kru\u017enom tonu i igrali se s twistovima. TWIST U DUBINU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malo idemo dalje s temom rotacije kralje\u017enice pa u ovom satu prolazimo nekoliko poznatih yoga twistova. Kao prvo smo zagrijali kralje\u017enicu i pripremili je za te smjerove kretanja. Nakon toga prolazimo pozdrave suncu u kojima se tako\u0111er malo igramo s rotacijama i onda prelazimo na asane. Radimo nekoliko setova iz high lunga u kojima Twsitovi mogu biti dosta vatreni, naravno opcija vam je uvijek olak\u0161ati polo\u017eaj sa stra\u017enjim koljenom u podu. Znate koja je mjera_ da mo\u017eemo mirno i duboko disati \u2013 tada radimo kako treba. Dobro, no u twistovima se fiziolo\u0161ki dah skra\u0107uje i ubrzava ali da nam i dalje daje dovoljan unos kisika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon tog malo vatrenijeg\u00a0segmenta spu\u0161tamo se pro\u0107i nekoliko rotacija u sjede\u0107em polo\u017eaju u kojima se trudimo zaista osjetiti du\u017einu le\u0111a kao os oko koje rotiramo. SUOSJE\u0106ANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dana\u0161nji sat posvetili smo jednom jako va\u017enom, glavnom pojmu\u00a0za pravu transformaciju (promjenu percepcije i energije), a to je suosje\u0107anje.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U\u010dimo kako se dr\u017eati i nositi i kako biti prisutan s neugodnim i te\u0161kim. Suosje\u0107anje je otvorenost prema boli jer taj je stav\u00a0suprotan od onoga kad nas te\u017eine zatvaraju. Prava otvorenost je dozvoliti si osjetiti. I s time da se otvorimo, dovedemo prisutnost i ljubav koje podr\u017eavaju, dozvoljavaju da je to ne\u0161to tu uz strpljenje, mir i sigurnost.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otvorenost i dozvoljavanje da osjetim bol kroz sebe je ranjivost ali nismo \u017ertva boli ve\u0107 smo ljubav za nju.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er uveli smo pojam \u201cpropustiti kroz tijelo\u201d koji ozna\u010dava da znamo tijelom osjetiti intenzitet i pustiti da se u tijelu transformira. Glavna os na\u0161eg energetskog propu\u0161tanja je kralje\u017enica, kanal\/energetska linija po kojoj se gr\u010devi naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e stvaraju i najlak\u0161e propu\u0161taju (sistematika \u010dakri).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uz to dana\u0161nji sat je malo druga\u010dije koncipiran, nema zagrijavanja i pozdrava suncu u klasi\u010dnom smislu, ve\u0107 smo budili razgibavanje tijela i gradili asane iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja \u2013 Tadasane i Utkatasane. Otvarali smo bazu ratnika 2 i Prasarite. ISPOD KRILA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dana\u0161nji smo sat zapo\u010deli s centriranjem prema kralje\u017enici dahom kroz tri komore koje ina\u010de idu: donji trbuh \u2013 dijafragma \u2013 prsa, a ovaj put smo malo pro\u0161li dublje, prema iza pa disali kroz donja le\u0111a \u2013 srednja \u2013 gornja. Udah putuje odozdola prema gore, a izdah odozgo prema dolje.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zatim smo pre\u0161li na zagrijavanje ruku i ramena kroz nekoliko pokreta s trakicom jer namjera sata je razgibati ramena i gornja le\u0111a. Pro\u0161li smo nekoliko specifi\u010dnih rotacija iz ramena uklju\u010duju\u0107i delfin i Gomukhasana ruke. DINAMI\u010cNO U LE\u0110A<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odmah na po\u010detku, da se ne bi obeshrabrili zbog naslova sata, rije\u010d dinami\u010dno nije tu zbog toga \u0161to je sat jako te\u017eak. Znam da je vru\u0107e, rije\u010d stoji s razlogom jer smo s malo dinami\u010dnijim pokretima, ono \u0161to mi zovemo pulsacijama i malo br\u017eim dahom u\u0161li u rotacije i razgibavanja kralje\u017enice, koriste\u0107i ekstremitete.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radili smo neke pulsacije, rotacije i dinami\u010dne pokrete da dopremo do dubljih mi\u0161i\u0107a le\u0111a i tamo bolje razgibamo. Te smo pokrete naravno malo isprekidali sa stati\u010dnijim polo\u017eajima i \u010distim istezanjem.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U drugoj polovici sata pro\u0161li smo ipak nekoliko restorativnih polo\u017eaja, mirnijeg duljeg daha uz opu\u0161tanje. Malo da se \u201crazdrmamo\u201d da probudimo uspavanu zmijicu Prane i potaknemo tok u tijelu. OKO OSI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danas smo radili vje\u017ebice na podu, le\u017ee\u0107i na trbuhu i na le\u0111ima, bez brige puno vi\u0161e rolanja po podu i masa\u017ee le\u0111a nego snage. Video kadar je tome prilago\u0111en.. :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za po\u010detak smo doveli mir s dahom i sjetili se da zauzmemo stav: \u017e<strong>elim biti tu i samo tu, upravo sada sa svime ovime \u0161to mi je u \u017eivotu.<\/strong> Sve je na pravom mjestu i na onom gdje mo\u017eemo biti mirni s onime \u0161to je, barem na kratko da prihvatimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znate one vje\u017ebe na le\u0111ima u kojima rotacijama masiramo duboke le\u0111ne mi\u0161i\u0107e da resetiramo bol i napetosti? E pa sad smo radili sli\u010dno samo le\u017ee\u0107i na trbuhu, tako da razmi\u0161ljajte na isti na\u010din \u2013 masa\u017ea dubokih\u00a0le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a oko osi rotacije, kralje\u017enice. PROPUSTITI KROZ TIJELO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj sat, kojim zaokru\u017eujemo temu fokusa na kralje\u017enicu zapo\u010deli smo idejom i vizualizacijom pojma \u2013 \u0161to su proto\u010dna le\u0111a. Osje\u0107aj da pokret lako te\u010de ali s njime i energija na\u0161eg \u017eivota kroz glavni kanal u nama. To uzmemo metafori\u010dki kad zamislimo segmente le\u0111a ali i doslovno kad osjetimo meko\u0107u kretanja. U dana\u0161njem smo satu proto\u010dnost proveli pulsiraju\u0107im, laganim, ritmi\u010dnim pokretima kojima se vra\u0107amo u Parasimpatikus, a tikva mi\u0161i\u0107a u meko\u0107u i opu\u0161tenost. To je na\u010din da proto\u010dnost stvarno bude u na\u0161em tijelu, u tkivima i da se dah kre\u0107e s lako\u0107om.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon po\u010detnog zagrijavanja, prolazili smo sekvence laganih pozdrava suncu i nadogra\u0111ivali ih sa sve vi\u0161e pokreta i pulsacija.
