SPRIJATELJITI SE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danas smo jo\u0161 jednom uzeli vremena za pro\u0107i osnovne principe koje \u0107emo ovaj mjesec raditi i ponavljati tako da nam postanu sve lak\u0161i i prirodniji. Rad s trbuhom i probavom je dosta osjetljiv jer to je dio tijela kuda spremamo ono \u0161to ne \u017eelimo dirati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Puno emocija, iskustava i trauma koje nisu procesuirane\u00a0\u2013 probavljeni znaju biti spremljeni u na\u0161em sustavu. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sada smo odlu\u010dili poraditi s trbuhom, a tijelo mo\u017ee na prvu imati otpor i averziju te vam izmi\u0161ljavati svakakve razloge za\u0161to da ne dotaknete\u00a0ciljano trbuh. Samo se nemojte predati. PROMU\u0106KAJ BOCU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danas smo krenuli s metaforom\u00a0da je na\u0161a probava kao prazna staklenka meda u koju smo stavili vodu jer \u017eelimo \u201cisprati\u201d jo\u0161 i ono malo meda \u0161to se zalijepilo za stijenke. Uzeli bi\u00a0staklenku, mu\u0107kali i tresli gore-dolje, lijevo-desno i kru\u017eno tako da voda sve\u00a0ispere. Zato smo danas krenuli s treskanjem i skakutanjem kako bi iz nas iza\u0161li oni povr\u0161inski balon\u010di\u0107i\u00a0zraka, a probava se po\u010dela mu\u0107kati. Sat nastavlja u mirnom tonu i s mirnom snagom, nakon pozdrava suncu pro\u0161li smo i nekoliko asana iz baze high lounge. OSVIJESTITI, A NE POVJEROVATI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krenuli smo s malo masa\u017ee trbuha te spu\u0161tanja pa\u017enjom i dahom u svoju unutra\u0161njost. Zatim smo naredali nekoliko asana koje smo mirno dr\u017eali, disali i pritom meditirali. Postavljali smo se u polo\u017eaje tako da otvaramo i stimuliramo putanju energije debelog crijeva. Pitali smo svoje tijelo \u0161to bi bilo spremno sada propustiti i transformirati, neko staro uvjerenje o sebi ili traumu, tako da probavimo\u00a0ono \u0161to dugo stoji upisano u kutu na\u0161eg sistema. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Svako iskustvo koje \u017eelimo probaviti ponovo \u0107emo do\u017eivjeti i osjetiti\u00a0ali ovaj put ne reagiramo automatski, \u0161to zna\u010di\u00a0da vidimo jasno ali da ne povjerujemo\u00a0i u tom stavu\u00a0je klju\u010d na\u0161eg rasta i bu\u0111enja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Tijelom osjetimo nelagodu tog problema, kompleksa ili traume ali samo osjetimo dozvolimo neugodi, di\u0161emo i pu\u0161tamo, ne povjerujemo\u00a0pri\u010di. BO\u010cNO \u017dMIKANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja prvo smo se razgibali i protresli tako da naglasimo pokrete stiskanja i otvaranja bo\u010dne strane trbuha. Nakon zagrijavanja i otpu\u0161tanje zraka iz tijela nastavili smo s pozdravima suncu. S asanama smo se opet igrali stiskanja bo\u010dnih strana pulsiraju\u0107im pokretima i dr\u017eanjem u izdu\u017eenom polo\u017eaju iz baze ratnika 2. Pro\u0161li smo jednu asanu za balans, rotaciju u stoje\u0107em polo\u017eaju i pretklon u prasaritama, ostalo su bo\u010dna \u017emikanja. USTA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Po\u010detak je uvijek klju\u010d za to s kojom \u0107emo energijom ne\u0161to pokrenuti pa onda i nastaviti raditi.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usta su po\u010detak na\u0161e probave i zapravo jedini dio koji mo\u017eemo svjesno pokretati. Jednom kada progutamo hranu ona ide dalje po programu kojeg imaju probavni organi\u00a0(kojeg isto mo\u017eemo mijenjati ali ne mo\u017eemo na taj na\u010din svjesno upravljati kao s ustima). Zato smo danas doveli svijest u usnu \u0161upljinu, pozabavili se yogom lica u kojoj smo opustili vratne mi\u0161i\u0107e, veliki \u017evaka\u0107i mi\u0161i\u0107, \u010deljust, zube i jezik. Nastavili sa zagrijavanjem u pozdravnima suncu i pro\u0161li polo\u017eaje za izdu\u017eivanje vrata i otvaranje prostora u usnoj \u0161upljini. PLANK<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krenuli smo ponovo iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja s malo treskanja i zagrijavanja. Da u par skoki\u0107a razbudimo crijeva i potaknemo cirkulaciju. Pro\u0161li smo pozdrave suncu s dodatnim pulsacijama u plankovima, op\u0107enito smo se u satu igrali s asimetri\u010dnim i delfin plankovima. Naravno to zna\u010di da smo bili malo\u00a0vi\u0161e na rukama, \u0161to razumijem da je te\u0161ko, pa slobodno spustite koljeno ili koljena u pod i smanjite du\u017einu planka. Plank je jako koristan polo\u017eaj za povezati prednju stranu tijela i potaknuti mi\u0161i\u0107e trbuha. To je dosta neobi\u010dan polo\u017eaj za na\u0161e tijelo, rijetko se tako postavimo u odnosu prema gravitaciji pa nam je zato i izazovno. UVINUTI \u017dIVOT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dana\u0161nji sat posvetili smo twistovima \u2013 stajanju i disanju u tim asanama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Twistovi su jedna od \u010darolija prakse yoge, nude nam duboku abdominalnu masa\u017eu i resetiranje kralje\u017enice. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naravno s obzirom na temu mjeseca, fokusirali smo se na \u017emikanje u twistu s gustim disanjem. Kroz sat polako dodajemo i nadogra\u0111ujemo twistove pa ako \u0107e vam na po\u010detku biti te\u0161ko samo strpljivo, duboko di\u0161ite i nemojte se gurati, tijelo \u0107e pustiti da u\u0111emo kada je spremno. Da nam ostanu u uporabi i nakon \u0161to zavr\u0161i ovaj mjesec. Nakon toga pro\u0161li smo sat u kojem ponavljamo pokret suprotni lakat \u2013 suprotno koljeno kao pulsaciju koja mu\u0107ka trbuh iz Utkatasana i ratnik 1 baze. Taj nas pokret naravno zagrijava, jako dobro razgibava i \u010disti trbuh. PROBAVA STRESA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krenuli smo ponovo iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja s malo treskanja i zagrijavanja. Da u par skoki\u0107a razbudimo crijeva i potaknemo cirkulaciju. Pro\u0161li smo pozdrave suncu s dodatnim pulsacijama u plankovima, op\u0107enito smo se u satu igrali s asimetri\u010dnim i delfin plankovima. Naravno to zna\u010di da smo bili malo\u00a0vi\u0161e na rukama, \u0161to razumijem da je te\u0161ko, pa slobodno spustite koljeno ili koljena u pod i smanjite du\u017einu planka. Plank je jako koristan polo\u017eaj za povezati prednju stranu tijela i potaknuti mi\u0161i\u0107e trbuha. To je dosta neobi\u010dan polo\u017eaj za na\u0161e tijelo, rijetko se tako postavimo u odnosu prema gravitaciji pa nam je zato i izazovno. Ovih par jednostavnih vje\u017ebica rade na osnovnim principima koje uvodnimo ovaj mjesec pa savjetujem da ih radite svaki dan. Mo\u017eete napraviti prvih par u jednom i drugih par u drugom navratu.
