Zatim sli\u010dni ali dublji pokreti, <em>spinal breath<\/em> fleksije i ekstenzije kralje\u017enice sa \u0161irenjem i skupljanjem ruku, tako\u0111er za razgibavanje u smjeru naprijed \u2013 natrag. Kao prvo razgibali smo rameni pojas i gornja le\u0111a tako da se malo opuste napetosti, zatim radimo na ja\u010danju gornjih le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a s polo\u017eajem \u201ckaktus\u201d ruke koji povla\u010di lopatice prema dolje i jednu prema drugoj.
