S obzirom da je disanje funkcija autonomnog \u017eiv\u010danog sustava koju mo\u017eemo voljno mijenjati, naju\u010dinkovitiji je i najbr\u017ei na\u010din za samoregulaciju.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/7CqaNJl5A5g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plu\u0107a<\/a>\u00a0grle na\u0161e srce te ritam disanja izravno djeluje na ritam srca i cijeli \u017eiv\u010dani sustav. Osje\u0107aj emotivne stiske je kao su\u017eeni prostor srca, kada oslobodimo disanje srce se kre\u0107e u \u0161irem, ugodnijem prostoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bavimo se omogu\u0107avanjem ve\u0107e prostranosti daha, metafori\u010dki i doslovno. Srce je mali mozak koji zapravo diktira mozgom i tijelom. Ono ima brojne neurone i neurotransmitere te naj\u0161ire elektro magnetsko polje u na\u0161em tijelu, koje se mo\u017ee mjeriti i osjetiti oko tijela. Mi ne vidimo\u00a0niti \u010dujemo to polje ali ono komunicira stalno. To je pozadina na\u0161ih socijalnih odnosa i interakcija, privla\u010dnosti i odbojnosti. TITRANJE UNUTARNJE VATRICE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvo jutro da smo zaronili u svoju sr\u017e \u2013 u vatricu srca i titranje unutarnje vjere. Krenuli smo s dahom koji prolazi kroz prsa kao da su transparentna, kao da imamo lagani prostor u srcu. Sada je vrijeme da uspostavimo odnos sa sobom u kojem s upitom, nje\u017eno pustimo da se otvorimo a naravno onda i s ljudima u svojoj okolini. Nitko ne voli da mu se zapovijeda, ako \u017eelimo ne\u0161to posti\u0107i mo\u017eemo inteligentno \u2013 pitati, mo\u017ee\u0161 li. KOHERENTNI RITAM<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uravnote\u017een ritam daha uravnote\u017euje skoro sve u na\u0161em tijelu, ritam srca, \u017eiv\u010dani sustav, probavu\u2026 Korisno je znati disati tako da uspostavimo koherenciju u tijelu. Koherencija je red \u2013 uredna geometrija, simetri\u010dna i ritmi\u010dna. Ta ritmi\u010dnost pokreta i daha provela nas je danas kroz cijeli sat. PRANI\u010cNA GEOMETRIJA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nastavljamo sa potragom za ugodnom koherencijom. Uravnote\u017eenim ritmom koji\u00a0<em>Pranu<\/em>\u00a0u na\u0161em tijelu sla\u017ee u uredan uzorak.\u00a0Po\u010deli smo s disanjem \u2013 iste du\u017eine udah i izdah te ga spojili s laganim pokretima. Pokreti su se sve vi\u0161e razra\u0111ivali i pove\u010davali a dah i ritam daha ostajali su nit vodilja za svaki zamah. PUSTITI IZ SRCA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svje\u017eina prisutnosti je uvijek tu, svaki trenutak je novi i mo\u017eemo biti slobodni od pro\u0161losti.<br>Za\u0161to nosimo te\u017einu u srcu, zamjeranja i nejasno\u0107e koje si ne znamo objasniti iz pro\u0161losti? Jer stalno ponavljamo u glavi da su istina, zato trebamo stati i \u201cokrenuti se\u201d prema svojoj pro\u0161losti, oprostiti sebi ili drugima jer tako mo\u017eemo dalje slobodni. PRAVA VRIJEDNOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U dana\u0161njem smo satu nizali kru\u017ene pokrete iz baze\u00a0<em>downdoga<\/em>\u00a0\u0161to zna\u010di da smo iz tog polo\u017eaja krenuli i u njemu zavr\u0161ili a izme\u0111u razgibali noge i protegnuli se do\u00a0<em>tadasane<\/em>. Sat je dosta pokretan i prolazan bez duljih zadr\u017eavanja, radi na otvaranju kukova i vi\u0161e inverzija, nekoliko asana koje ja\u010daju le\u0111a i otvaraju prsa. SVJE\u017dI VJETRI\u0106<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svaki trenutak je novi i do sada nikada nije bio tu. Svaki udah uvedemo tu svje\u017einu u sebe i pustimo nepotrebno, staro i te\u0161ko. Tako nastavljamo i s pokretima i polo\u017eajima, da srce ne dr\u017ei nepotrebno mi\u0161ljenja i stavove koji nas zarobljavaju u pro\u0161losti i kompleksima. Disanjem i razgibavanjem \u0161irimo plu\u0107a i pu\u0161tamo. Kroz plu\u0107a cijelo tijelo pu\u0161ta. Naglasili smo va\u017enost produ\u017eivanja prsnog ko\u0161a i prednje linije tijela, kroz nekoliko ratnika 1 s\u00a0<em>backbendovima<\/em>, ustrasana varijantom i na podu u skakavcima\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:2%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:32%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/28_7_uspravno.jpg\" aria-label=\"Open image: 28 7 Uspravno 1024x576\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/28_7_uspravno-1024x576.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2996\"><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. USPRAVNO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dana\u0161nji sat posvetili smo ja\u010danju le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a. Kroz nekoliko polo\u017eaja za zagrijavanje u kojima smo ve\u0107 po\u010deli nagla\u0161avati snagu le\u0111a, pokrenuli smo se s ovom lak\u0161em varijantom\u00a0pozdrava suncu i izgradili nekoliko asana. U asanama smo dr\u017eali ruke u polo\u017eajima za ja\u010danje gornjih le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a, a kasnije na podu dodali i nekoliko polo\u017eaja za ja\u010danje donjih le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a. PRANI\u010cNA PA\u017dNJA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ugodan dah kroz srce, \u201call purpose breathing \u2013\u00a0meaningful breath\u201d.\u00a0Dahom dovodimo vrijednost \u017eivota, tamo gdje stavimo svoju pa\u017enju tamo \u0107e do\u0107i\u00a0<em>Prani\u010dna<\/em>\u00a0vrijednost. OTVORENO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danas smo krenuli iz stoje\u0107eg polo\u017eaja, lagano se razgibali da opustimo ramena i popustimo napeti sloj pod ko\u017eom. Nakon toga razgibali smo se s par spinal breath pokreta i bili spremni za pozdrave suncu. Nakon njih pro\u0161li smo par asana u kojima je nagla\u0161eno produ\u017eivanje prednje strane tijela iz baze ratnika 1, iz\u00a0<em>kapiasane<\/em>\u00a0i iz\u00a0<em>ustrasane<\/em>.
