RUKE NA TRBUH<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spojili smo dlanove s trbuhom tako da pove\u0107amo osjetljivost tog dijela tijela. TIJELO PU\u0160TA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u017eemo potaknuti tijelo na br\u017eu i bolju transformaciju, zato radimo ovakvu yogicu za bolju probavu. Da br\u017ee i bolje propustimo tijelom sva stanja, u me\u0111uvremenu se ni\u0161ta ne pitamo samo krenemo u praksu, nje\u017eno, s ljubavlju i ponizno\u0161\u0107u. Radili smo Yoga Kriye: Kapalabhati i Uddiyana bandha kriyu za bolju transformaciju. DIZANJE TEMPERATURE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malo pripreme, kriyice, pulsiraju\u0107i pokreti pa\u00a0pozdravi\u00a0suncu.\u00a0Pozdravi suncu su ve\u0107 sami po sebi zagrijavanje i bu\u0111enje cijelog tijela pa time i probave. Samo ritmi\u010dno ponavljanje pokreta s dahom je jako zdravo i korisno, ne treba ni\u0161ta izmi\u0161ljavati yoga = pozdravi suncu. Ovaj mjesec\u00a0kroz probavu ne nakupljamo ve\u0107 pu\u0161tamo da te\u010de, u\u010dimo da je na\u0161e tijelo taj proto\u010dni mehanizam za zdrav omjer primanja i pu\u0161tanja.
