Ljubav je dobra volja i prihva\u0107anje sebe, drugih i svih stanja koja imamo, a te kvalitete u\u010dimo. Bu\u0111enjem sr\u010danosti razvijamo karakteristike neosu\u0111ivanja i suosje\u0107anja pred kojima se otapaju strahovi, sumnje i kritiziranje. Kako bi razvijali takvu vrstu bivanja s yogom, omek\u0161avamo prsni ko\u0161, ramena i trup te di\u0161emo &#8220;kroz srce&#8221;.&nbsp;Plu\u0107a grle na\u0161e srce, a ritam disanja izravno djeluje na ritam srca i cijeli \u017eiv\u010dani sustav. <strong>Posve\u0107ujemo ovaj mjesec koherenciji daha i srca, stvaranju mjesta iz kojeg mo\u017eemo \u017eivjeti iskrenije, svoju pravu prirodu. <\/strong>Kada oslobodimo disanje srce se kre\u0107e u \u0161irem, ugodnijem prostoru i ima vi\u0161e kapaciteta za strpljenje i razumijevanje te\u017eih stanja s kojima se trebamo nositi &#8211; vi\u0161e ljubavi. Prvo smo samo osvijestiti&nbsp;prirodno disanje &#8211; \u0161irenje i skupljanje, a onda ga ugodno produbili i dahom masirali prostor srca.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osvijestili smo nepostojanje&nbsp;fiksiranosti i konkretnosti&nbsp;u prsnom dijelu tijela, dok smo \u017eivi on se kre\u0107e. Prona\u0161li smo proto\u010dnost kroz koju&nbsp;<em>Prana<\/em>&nbsp;ulazi u na\u0161e tijelo. Pri\u010dali smo kratko o&nbsp;<em>Prani<\/em>&nbsp;&#8211; \u017eivotnoj energiji koja je \u0161ira i ve\u0107a od nas, mogli bi re\u0107i da je cilj na\u0161e&nbsp;prakse napuniti se Pranom. Kroz praksu u\u010dimo disati i kretati se te \u017eivjeti cijeli lifestyle da se punimo pranom, da podr\u017eavamo \u017eivot i da se lije\u010dimo. Pri\u010dali smo o &#8220;raspr\u0161enoj&#8221; P<em>rani<\/em>&nbsp;u odnosu na onu usmjerenu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvori&nbsp;<em>Prane<\/em>: Sunce, priroda, zdrava vitalna hrana i pi\u0107e, dobar i dovoljno sna, vje\u017ebanje i pokret, yogijsko disanje, zagrljaj, poljubac, davanje, primanje, bri\u017enost&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom mjeseca kako bi produbili dah omek\u0161at \u0107emo prsa i ramena, razgibavati&nbsp;taj dio tijela, a u aspektu razumijevanja i rasta na\u0161e sr\u010danosti tra\u017eit \u0107emo sredi\u0161nju poziciju izme\u0111u \u017eudnji i averzija. Poziciju u kojoj je srce otvoreno i raste, to zna\u010di biti u tijelu za razliku od biti u glavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u0161li smo nakon predavanja sat u kojem razgibavaju\u0107i tijelo budimo dah kroz srce i sr\u010dani prostor. TITRANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon pitanja &#8220;kako Pranom hranimo tijelo&#8221;, u dana\u0161njem smo satu poku\u0161ali definirati \u0161to je Prana. To nije definicija razumom ve\u0107 osje\u0107ajem, nije teorija nego praksa. Sve u prirodi rezonira, titra i ima svoju ritmi\u010dnost, mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da je Prana, kao \u017eivotna energija, spektar titraja i rezonancije. Naravno da sve \u017eivo ima Pranu, ali na to kako titramo i kako rezoniramo utje\u010demo onim uvjetima o kojima smo pri\u010dali. SRCE U SREDINI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kada smo u \u017eudnji i averziji u tijelu je nemir, gr\u010d, a srce se zatvara jer ga boli \u0161to nismo tu, otvoreni s onime \u0161to je. <\/strong>\u017dudnja i averzija su na\u0161 odnos prema onome \u0161to je. To je na\u0161 stav i na\u0161a identifikacija, ali to su bolna stanja i zapravo je sretan \u017eivot bez te klackalice uz to da si dozvolimo osjetiti sve \u0161to osje\u0107amo i djelovati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017eu &#8220;everything is EGO but the breath&#8221; i to je zato \u0161to ne \u017eudimo za dahom i nemamo averziju prema njemu, upravo zbog toga dah je centralna zona za pridru\u017eivanje pa\u017enje u mnogim meditacijskim tehnikama, a srce skupa s njim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namjera nam je da dosta jasno prepoznamo \u0161to su \u017eudnja i averzija i da prepoznamo kako se tijelo osje\u0107a u odnosu na biti samo u srcu, s upravo istim osje\u0107ajima ali ih ne hraniti s averzivnim stavovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U satu smo pro\u0161li nekoliko asana za nje\u017eno razgibavanje le\u0111a kao \u0161to su kobra i valoviti pokreti le\u0111a te zadr\u017eali&nbsp;<em>Anahatasanu<\/em>&nbsp;i ma\u010dku koja lovi svoj rep.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nismo puno mijenjali polo\u017eaje, vi\u0161e smo meditirati i nastojali se vratiti u tijelo, u srce i u \u010disto osje\u0107anje u kojem smo slobodni, u ono \u0161to je bez na\u0161e kritike. :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8e927454b8f337e4e71415b91499dd8b\"><em>Mindful dnevnik:<\/em> Ra\u0161\u010disti si \u0161to su \u017eudnja i averzija &#8211; ne kao rije\u010di nego koja su to stanja. S tim pokretima dobivamo bolju mobilnost u ramenima i vratu te lako\u0107u kretanja daha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako smo se zagrijali danas u pozdravima suncu pa pro\u0161li par asana kao \u0161to je ratnik 1 u kojem opet radimo te kru\u017ene pokrete rukama s trakicom. Uklju\u010dili smo i Ujjayi disanje, gusto pokretanje daha kroz tijelo i kroz prostor prsa. Pro\u0161li smo danas i &#8220;le\u0111njake&#8221; vje\u017ebe za ja\u010danje le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a koje se provode na trbuhu. RIJEKA \u017dIVOTA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krenuli smo s time da smo udahnuli meko\u0107u, koja vrlo doslovno dovodi tu kvalitetu u mi\u0161i\u0107e, a meko\u0107a kojom izdi\u0161emo ih omek\u0161ava. Ta se meko\u0107a puni u srce i omek\u0161ava nam srce.<\/strong><br>Ba\u0161 ovaj sada\u0161nji trenutak je proto\u010dan, ne mo\u017eemo ga uloviti on stalno te\u010de. Mi \u017eivimo tok, a ne to\u010dku sada\u0161njosti. Osje\u0107aj je kao da se prepu\u0161tamo toku rijeke koja nas nosi i u tom prepu\u0161tanju se predajemo s povjerenjem vi\u0161em planu (higher intelligence, god, nature) da brine za nas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tema sata nam je danas peglanje trapeziusa od vratnih mi\u0161i\u0107a, preko C7 (zadnji vratni kralje\u017eak) do donjih rubova lopatica. To smo odmah na po\u010detku pro\u0161li vje\u017ebom s trakicom koju ponavljamo u satu vi\u0161e puta. Na po\u010detku sata i kraju sata igramo se sa stimulacijom to\u010dke vrha glave. Tako\u0111er i drugim vje\u017ebama nagla\u0161avamo dobivanje prostornosti u ramenima i prsima no na kraju sata ipak sve zaokru\u017eujemo s jednom malo duljom svije\u0107om.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svije\u0107a je polo\u017eaj koji je jako koristan za protegnuti te mi\u0161i\u0107e vrata i trapezius ali isto tako mo\u017ee biti i preintenzivan ako ga ne radite \u010desto. Takav poklon je jedan od najvrednijih. Ovim ga satom primamo, a&nbsp;te&nbsp;benefite dijelimo i&nbsp;s ostalima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sat se u prvoj polovici sastoji od mnogo ramenih, ru\u010dnih i prsnih razgibavanja te proto\u010dnih pokreta.&nbsp; Prolazimo mobilnost&nbsp;kukova i kralje\u017enice tako da se sve pove\u017ee u proto\u010dni lanac i da se tijelo lijepo razbudi. Da mo\u017eemo disati onim dubokim dijelom plu\u0107a, a na koncu i cijelim tijelom. NA DEVI KROZ PUSTINJU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sat smo zapo\u010deli s fokusom na tijelo u sada\u0161njem trenutku i produljivanje daha s kojim masiramo sr\u010dani prostor.&nbsp;<strong>Pustimo sve ostalo i samo do\u0111emo u tijelo:&nbsp;<em>present moment body awareness.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim kre\u0107emo s laganim zagrijavanjem vrata, nastavno na pro\u0161li sat, pokre\u0107emo glavu vrlo ciljano i sporo u nekoliko smjerova. Nastavljamo s ja\u010danjem gornjih le\u0111nih mi\u0161i\u0107a pa radimo pripremnu vje\u017ebu za Devu u kojoj zagrijavamo ramena. Prolazimo nekoliko krugova pozdrava suncu u kojima ulazimo u lijep ritam pokreta i daha. U sljedovima stoje\u0107ih asana prolazimo varijante ratnika 1 i&nbsp;<em>twistova<\/em>. Cijeli sat nas priprema za Devu &#8211;&nbsp;<em>Ustrasanu<\/em>&nbsp;koja je dosta intenzivan polo\u017eaj otvaranja prsa. No primijetiti \u0107ete va\u017eno je da nam trbuh ostaje aktivan zato radimo dosta centriranja i stabilizacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poanta sata je dozvoliti si intenzivne senzacije stresa koje<em>&nbsp;back bendovi<\/em>&nbsp;bude kako bi mogli raditi upravo na na\u0161oj otpornosti na stres (<em>resilience<\/em>). <strong>U yogi u kontroliranim uvjetima stavljamo svoj \u017eiv\u010dani sustav u visoki napon i sami u sebi, iz sebe stvaramo podr\u0161ku i stabilnost.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako da danas uz dobro razgibavanje ramena, kralje\u017enice, otvaranje prsa i ja\u010danje centra radimo i na na\u0161oj sposobnosti da mirno di\u0161emo kroz nemirno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d4e4699ad9c880de320a43b04714ee90\"><em>Mindful dnevnik: <\/em>osvijesti stresne trenutke u danu, kako misli i informacije utje\u010du na tijelo. Radili smo velike krugove oko prsa tako da probudimo ramena i prsni ko\u0161a ali i da pokrenemo protok zraka u prostoru oko sebe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da se sve po\u010dne vrtjeti i kretati. Pokreta\u010dka energija na\u0161eg srca je pozitivna, to je volja za \u017eivotom, vjera i smisao. Kada nju razbu\u0111ujemo budimo svoju pravu prirodu i smanjujemo snagu koncepata, a vra\u0107amo se u pravi \u017eivot &#8211; na\u0161eg tijela i na\u0161eg srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radili smo vi\u0161e puta pokret rukama kao da plivamo u natrag to je upravo taj rad s bu\u0111enjem stagnacije oko srca. Puni naziv. :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo kroz povratak u tijelo u sada\u0161njem trenutku povezujemo se s onime \u0161to je ve\u0107e od nas, mo\u017eemo to zvati &#8220;divine intelligence&#8221;, &#8220;force of nature&#8221; ili &#8220;god&#8221; &#8211; mi se&nbsp;prepu\u0161tamo toj inteligenciji koja ima upisano lije\u010denje, zdravlje.<strong> Kao \u0161to sve u prirodi te\u017ei balansu tako i na\u0161e bi\u0107e prirodno te\u017ei zdravlju tijela i uma.&nbsp;Kakvo olak\u0161anje kada znamo da je taj princip ve\u0107 tu i mi mu se samo trebamo predati!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010detna posveta je: Osjetim sada\u0161nji trenutak, usredoto\u010dim pa\u017enju prema srcu i ka\u017eem, neka se prepustim vi\u0161oj inteligenciji, zakonu prirode i zdravlja mojeg tijela da do\u0111e do izra\u017eaja i neka stvorim dobre uvjete za svoje zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U satu se lijepo zagrijavamo kroz proto\u010dne pozdrave suncu te u nekoliko polo\u017eaja ponavljamo zadr\u017eavanje ruku u Gomukhasana stavu. U tom polo\u017eaju imamo suprotne rotacije u ramenima, jedno rame u vanjskoj i drugo u unutarnjoj.
