To je neka okosnica jer nije problem razboljeti se ili do\u017eivjeti stres nego je pitanje koliko \u0107emo se brzo i bezbolno vratiti u balans.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistem u kojem imamo tu zdravu izmjenu uklju\u010duje i znati dr\u017eati svoju granicu, re\u0107i zdravo NE. Pri\u010dali smo o \u0161est glavnih yoga&nbsp;<em>Kriya<\/em>&nbsp;koje sam samo kratko navela kako bi dobili dojam o tom pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanju sustava, naravno mi ne\u0107emo raditi te kriye na klasi\u010dan na\u010din ali \u0107emo se kroz mjesec voditi za idejom proto\u010dnosti i vitaliziranja probavnog trakta od usta do dna zdjelice, masa\u017eom trbuha i bu\u0111enjem aktivnog daha kroz <em>Kapalabhati<\/em>&nbsp;i&nbsp;<em>Simha mudu.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz praksu smo uveli nekoliko principa kretanja koje \u0107emo razra\u0111ivati ovaj mjesec. Vrtjeli smo se oko struka, prolazili potentne cat-cow pokrete u kojima dahom i pokretom zajedno od\u0161topavamo cijeli sustav. KRUG ISPOD REBARA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U dana\u0161njem smo se satu posvetili masa\u017ei zone ispod rebara. Masa\u017ei pokretom i dahom naravno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato smo od po\u010detka uveli krugove rebrima, to\u010dnije prsnim ko\u0161em u kojima ba\u0161 otvaramo i zatvaramo prostor ispod rebara i na taj na\u010din radimo masa\u017eu. Tu su nam gornji probavni organi, oni koji vole vatricu i bu\u0111enje probavnih sokova. Zato se tijelo dobro zagrijalo u satu iako nismo skakali ili previ\u0161e se naprezali, dobro bili smo u nekoliko \u010du\u010dnjeva.. :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u0161li smo pozdrave suncu s dodatkom pulsacije koljeno suprotni lakat opet iz istog razloga da napravimo su\u017eeni pa produ\u017eeni prostor trbuha i onog pod rebrima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U par asana ponavljamo&nbsp;te&nbsp;krugove i&nbsp;pazimo da nam pa\u017enja bude na toj zoni dok je udahom otvaramo, a izdahom&nbsp;zatvaramo.&nbsp;Lijepo zaronite u sebe, uzmite si vremena da osjetite jako specifi\u010dan dio tijela kroz specifi\u010dan pokret.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neka idemo prema zdravlju i zdravoj proto\u010dnosti, da brzo znamo prepoznati \u0161to nam je do\u0161lo i da znamo uzeti \u0161to nam treba a baciti \u0161to ne treba.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5eaeefbfd2dc5004972143e5c99ad300\"><em>Mindful dnevnik:&nbsp;<\/em>\u017deludac je prvi organ koji transformira ono \u0161to je uneseno, bilo hranu ili informacije. SVJETLOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prisjetili smo se uvodne radionice i onoga \u010dime se bave osnovne yogijske&nbsp;Kriye&nbsp;&#8211; pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanja sinusa, o\u010diju, nosa, usne \u0161upljine, grla, gornjeg i donjeg probavnog trakta i trbuha. U kratko osnovnih vitalnih zona tijela. S tom idejom da pro\u010distimo staro i nepotrebno, a dovedemo svjetlost kroz tu putanju kretali smo se danas valovito i sa zamahom. Budili smo jednu spontanu i \u017eivahnu pokreta\u010dku energiju, ruke i noge su davale zamah koji se dahom proveo kroz cijeli trup ali naravno i cijelo tijelo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na po\u010detku smo se posvetili osvje\u0161tavanju \u010distog i potentnog daha te pro\u0161li nekoliko krugova Kapalabhati kriya pranayame.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prolazimo pozdrave suncu s pulsacijama, nekoliko asana tako\u0111er s tim valovitim pokretima ali i onih u kojima se malo umirimo. JASNO\u0106A<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Meditacija u pokretu i kontemplacija o va\u017enom principu &#8211; znati tijelom.Zapo\u010deli smo s meditacijom u kojoj smo uveli pojam jasno\u0107e. Jasno\u0107a ne mora zna\u010diti da prepoznajemo \u0161to je tu nego da znamo da je to tu. Kako se sada trenuta\u010dno tijelo osje\u0107a? To je svijest koja zna jasno, zna razumijevanjem tijela. Upravo zato je dah \u010desto upori\u0161te za meditaciju jer je on i njegovo kretanje nama poznato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er se radi i o jasno\u0107i prepoznavanja onoga \u0161to nam je korisno i \u0161to \u017eelimo unijeti u svoje tijelo (bilo kao hranu i pi\u0107e ili informacije i emocije) te onoga \u0161to je ne korisno. Poziv yogijskog puta je preuzeti odgovornost i znati birati, znati \u0161to da i \u0161to ne. OKO STRUKA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas smo prona\u0161li putanju oko struka koju za po\u010detak razgibavamo rukama, a kasnije tijekom sat i pokretima rotacije oko struka.Pro\u0161li smo nekoliko pozdrava suncu za zagrijavanje, onih s pulsacijom noga &#8211; suprotni lakat. Zatim i pozdrave suncu B u kojima radimo dizanje u ratnika 1. Ve\u0107 ovdje uvodimo tu pulsaciju s kretnjom oko struka. POKRET TRBUHA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kako di\u0161emo, trbuh se kre\u0107e i na\u0161 se fokus spaja s tim pokretom kojega smo jo\u0161\u00a0produbili\u00a0i produ\u017eili. <\/strong>Tada dah i pokret trbuha postaju jedno, jasno kretanje. Uz to jo\u0161 smo i potencirali izdah sa stiskanjem trbu\u0161nih mi\u0161i\u0107a, a udah s protezanjem prednje strane tijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S tim fokusom nastavljamo&nbsp;u praksu, zagrijavanje, pozdrave suncu i onda par polo\u017eaja. MIRNA ZEMLJA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapo\u010dinjemo sat s dahom koji opu\u0161ta \u017eiv\u010dani sustav i resetira stres, to je udah 3 takta, a izdah 5 kroz usta u obliku slamke, tako da se osjeti strujanje zraka. Tim dahom po\u010dinjemo vra\u0107ati pa\u017enju u tijelo i spu\u0161tati se prema zemlji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radimo valove i u\u017eivamo u sporim ugodnim pokretima, u razgibavanju kralje\u017enice kroz koje se prisje\u0107amo da nam se ne \u017euri i da smo samo tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prolazimo i Zeca, polo\u017eaj na koljenima u kojem masiramo tjeme glave, zonu punu \u017eiv\u010danih zavr\u0161etaka jedan od najosjetljivijih dijelova tijela. PLAMEN IZ KUKOVA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>S fokusom na dah i puninu daha u tijelu pro\u0161li smo Kapalabhati pranayamu da malo potaknemo svjetlost u tijelu. Zapo\u010dinjemo s razgibavanjem kukova prelaze\u0107i s lijeve strane na desnu, sjetit \u0107ete se vje\u017ebu smo radili u uvodnoj radionici. Zatim prolazimo pozdrave suncu za dobro zagrijavanje i nastavljamo s par sljedova asana iz baze ratnika 2. Na koncu radimo mobilnu vje\u017ebu u kojoj spajamo taj razgibani \u010du\u010danj s twistom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sat dosta radi na razgibavanju i ja\u010danju kukova s fokusom na snazi dna zdjelice koja se spaja sa snagom trbuha. Nadam se da \u0107ete osjetiti zdravu mobilnost i unutarnju vatricu te utonutu u potpuno opu\u0161tanje za kraj u Shavasani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duboko unutra priroda ionako odigrava svoju ulogu i na meni je da joj budem u tome podr\u0161ka, tada sam na pravom putu za svoj um, srce i misli, zato je va\u017eno znati se otvoriti jer ni\u0161ta se ne mo\u017ee s borbom.<\/strong> Zauzmemo stav poniznosti, zahvalnosti i ljubavi u kojima radimo najbolje \u0161to mo\u017eemo sve \u0107e do\u0107i onako kako treba.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3b313025c342ff43cd086df68c95a52a\"><em>Mindful dnevnik:<\/em> \u0160to za tebe zna\u010di: pustiti da sve ide prirodno? Tu se ne radi samo o gr\u010du u mi\u0161i\u0107ima ve\u0107 i o kvaliteti tetiva koje ve\u017eu organe i fascijama koje se mogu ukrutiti. To je naravno kemijsko stanje na\u0161e utrobe, no mi na njega utje\u010demo pokretom i dahom, a naravno i onime \u0161to unosimo. To nam i je fokus ovaj mjesec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zapo\u010dinjemo s laganim zagrijavanjem i uvodimo dinami\u010dne rotacije u kojima ruke ple\u0161u po zoni struka &#8211; trbuha i daju nam dojam gdje se spu\u0161ta pa\u017enja, uz to budimo organe i kralje\u017enicu. Te su nam dinami\u010dne rotacije tema sata danas pa ih ponavljamo i u drugim bazama: u&nbsp;<em>Utkatasani<\/em>,&nbsp;ratniku 1 i&nbsp;<em>Kapiasani<\/em>. IZRAZI SE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dana\u0161nji nam se sat dijeli na tri dijela. U prvom radimo face yogu za donje mi\u0161i\u0107e lica, to\u010dnije za \u010deljust, usne i jezik. Vje\u017ebamo razgibavanje \u010deljusti kru\u017enim pokretima, ja\u010danjem stiskom&nbsp;i potiskom. Usne stavljamo u oblik poljupca i igramo se s&nbsp;pokretanjem ih u razli\u010dite&nbsp;smjerove. Zatim jezikom radimo pokret gore-dolje i lijevo-desno te zaokru\u017eujemo sa&nbsp;<em>Simha mudrom&nbsp;<\/em>&#8211; lavom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U drugoj tre\u0107ini radimo nekoliko dinami\u010dnih pulsacija koje se nadovezuju&nbsp;i nadogra\u0111uju na cat-cow pokret. Radi se o energi\u010dnom pokretu kukovima u&nbsp;<em>Kapiasana<\/em>, low i high lunge te ratnik 1 bazama. Tu di\u0161emo aktivno i pokre\u0107emo dah kako se pokre\u0107e i tijelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tre\u0107a cjelina sastoji se od spu\u0161tanja na pod i rada s kukovima. SVE \u0160TO TI TREBA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podsjetili smo se da nije potrebno imati savr\u0161ene uvjete da bi mogli vje\u017ebati jer puno je vrjednije biti u pokretu svako malo, \u010desto, nego jednom u xy sa savr\u0161enim uvjetima.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato su prvih par vje\u017ebica kratka rutina koja vas mo\u017ee podsjetiti da ih pro\u0111ete \u010de\u0161\u0107e, u svakodnevnim radnjama. Ma ono samo par \u010du\u010dnjeva iz \u0161iroke baze. :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga prolazimo&nbsp;jo\u0161 nekoliko dinami\u010dnih pokreta i polo\u017eaja koje smo radili ovaj mjesec.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pazimo da nam dah bude gusti dubok, svi pokreti se nadogra\u0111uju da dah zaista okupira tijelo i da se izdahom praznimo, a udahom punimo.
