Bu\u010da je iznimno zdrava i hranjiva namirnica, puna vitamina (A, K, C, E, B) i minerala (\u017eeljeza, magnezija, kalija), antioksidanata, vlakana i lako probavljivih ugljikohidrata. Smanjuje upalne procese, pobolj\u0161ava imunitet i probavu, odli\u010dna je za ko\u017eu, kosu, o\u010di i dug osje\u0107aj sitosti. Ako ju spremamo po ovom receptu budi probavnu vatricu i zagrijava nas iz dubine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bu\u010da je kraljica i za svoju priredbu ne treba puno pomaga\u010da, malo podloge i dobrih za\u010dina koji \u0107e naglasiti njeno bogatstvo. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Voli jako puno luka pa zato stavimo veliku glavicu i mo\u017eda par \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka te samo manji komad bijelog korjena &#8211; celera ili per\u0161ina. Meni mrkva ne pa\u0161e uz bu\u010du, sa\u010duvajte ju za bilo koju drugu juhicu. Od za\u010dina idu Kumin, korijander i po izboru malo mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i \u0111umbira &#8211; ako \u017eelite da je malo pikantnija dodajte vi\u0161e \u0111umbira i juhica \u0107e bolje probuditi probavne sokove. Koristim bu\u010du koju imam, meni su sve ok za juhu iako su one ve\u010de sorte obi\u010dno bolje pe\u010dene, sa Hokaido i Mu\u0161katnom ne mo\u017eete fulati. Nakon 5 minuta dodam kumin i korijander u prahu malo mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i \u0111umbir na vru\u0107e ulje s lukom. Promije\u0161am par puta da se za\u010dini potenciraju, \u0161to zna\u010di da se zapeku samo toliko da puste aromu, ne smiju izgorjeti. Onda dodam korijen per\u0161ina rezanog na kockice, bu\u010du na kockice, sol i vode tako da prekrije sve. Poklopim i pustim kuhati oko 15 minuta. Kada bu\u010da omek\u0161a juha se mo\u017ee pasirati. \u0160tapni mikser je moje oru\u0111e izbora pa njime pasiram do fine gusto\u0107e za \u017elicu ako ispadne pregusta samo dodam jo\u0161 vode. Neke bu\u010de su jako slatke i zasitne pa nakon kuhanja kapnem par kapi jabu\u010dnog octa da se malo izbalansira ta te\u017eina. Serviram juhu ukra\u0161enu s bu\u010dinim uljem i posutu pr\u017eenim sjemenkama. Jede se odmah, topla i u dobrom dru\u0161tvu.
