Donosim vam jedan provjereno odli\u010dan recept za vegansku, bezglutensku lazanju koja preska\u010de jedan korak pripreme, pa je malo jednostavnija. Smjesu za lazanju nije posebno termi\u010dki obra\u0111ivati, sastojci se samo naribaju i pomije\u0161aju (ako naravno uzmemo ve\u0107 kuhani slanutak). Lazanja je bogata bjelan\u010devinama jer ima puno slanutka i tofua, pa \u0107e vas zaista fino zasititi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moj izbor je bio uzeti bezglutenska tijesta za lazanje, a be\u0161amel sam napravila od biljnih sastojaka. Ovaj put sam iskoristila kokosovo ulje, zobeno mlijeko i pirovo bra\u0161no, a pro\u0161li sam put imala suncokretovo ulje, bademovo mlijeko i zobeno bra\u0161no. Iskreno meni je ta nota kokosovog ulja malo preintenzivna pa mi je \u010dak i be\u0161amel na suncokretovom ulju bio bolji. Smjesa treba biti so\u010dna i dobro povezana, zato sve treba jako lijepo pomije\u0161ati da se integrira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za be\u0161amel stavim ulje na toplu tavu pa dodam bra\u0161no, kada se malo zarumeni ide mlijeko, malo po malo, onako uz dosta mije\u0161anja da se ne stvore grudice. Servirajte uz ne\u0161to zeleno, mo\u017eda pasiranu blitvu ili \u0161pinat, veliku zelenu salatu&#8230; Lazanja je zasitna i &#8220;gusta&#8221;, ima dobar omjer bjelan\u010devina i ugljikohidrata pa \u0107e uz nju pasati neki lagani okus, svakako ne\u0161to kiselkasto i zeleno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz mojeg iskustva ovo je jedan jednostavan recept, a odli\u010dan i hranjiv. Stipe i Nikola ga obo\u017eavaju i sve se odmah sma\u017ee. Lazanja je zaokru\u017een obrok sama za sebe i dugo \u0107e vas dr\u017eati sitima.
