Ve\u0107 neko vrijeme radim te male porcije kola\u010da i to je super praksa. Pojedemo ih dok su topli i slasni, budu nam desert ili u\u017eina za taj dan i nema ostataka. Tako\u0111er su i bezglutenski, vi ste slobodni koristiti pirovo bra\u0161no ili neko drugo po \u017eelji ali meni nije nedostajalo, zob i heljda glavni su igra\u010di. Cimet, kokos i vanilija tako\u0111er di\u017eu osjet slatko\u0107e, a sami po sebi nisu slatki. Kola\u010de pripremam ranije upravo zato jer se suho vo\u0107e nama\u010de par sati u vodi (mo\u017ee i preko no\u0107i). Pe\u010dem ih nakon \u0161to sam ispekla glavni obrok, ho\u0107u re\u0107i, ne palim pe\u0107 samo za te kola\u010di\u0107e. Oni \u0107e zauzeti zadnjih 10 minuta rada pe\u0107nice, kad je ve\u0107 vru\u0107a. Pustim stajati dok se skroz ne ohladi, barem dva sata. Zatim u tu smjesu umije\u0161am heljdino bra\u0161no, jedno jaje, malo soli, \u017eli\u010dicu pra\u0161ka za pecivo i kokosovo ulje. Jako dobro promije\u0161am i pustim stajati jo\u0161 sat vremena. Smjesa treba biti gusta ali teku\u0107a da se lako rasporedi u kalup. prijatelji, volimo tu kombinaciju jer se okusi jako lijepo nadopunjuju. <\/strong>Originalni \u010dupavac obi\u010dno ima biskvit tijesto koje je uvaljano u \u010dokoladu i posipano s kokosovim mrvicama. Ovaj \u010dupavac je jo\u0161 beba, biskvit mu je taman od kakaa, preliven s malo \u010dokolade i posipan s kokosovim mrvicama. Slatko\u0107u mu daju namo\u010dene datulje koje oboga\u0107uju notu gorkog kakaa u tijestu te naravno ono malo tamen \u010dokolade za &#8220;glazuru&#8221; na vrhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>PRIPREMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao prvo datulje nare\u017eem na kockice i prelijem ih s vru\u0107om vodom, pustim da odstoje bar sat vremena. Vode treba biti samo toliko da ih prekrije. Nakon \u0161to su se datulje namo\u010dile i pustile slatko\u0107u u vodu, sve sastojke umije\u0161am zajedno osim \u010dokolade i jo\u0161 ono malo kokosa za posipanje. Smjesa je tamna i gusta, zobeno bra\u0161no \u0107e jo\u0161 dodatno upiti vodu pa sve pu\u0161tam da stoji kojih sat &#8211; dva. Nakon toga jo\u0161 jednom jako dobro promije\u0161am i prebacim u nauljeni mikro kalup za pe\u010denje. Onda ju razma\u017eem po kola\u010du i posipam s kokosovim mrvicama. <strong>Na taj se na\u010din dobije ta \u010dupavac tema &#8211; \u010dokoladni namaz posipan s kokosom na mekanom tijestu.<\/strong><br>Zobeno bra\u0161no \u010dini teksturu tijesta ovog kola\u010da malo &#8220;gnjecavim&#8221; u odnosu na ono s heljdinim bra\u0161nom. Tijesto bude gusto, vi\u0161e podsje\u0107a na \u010dokoladni <em>Brownie<\/em> nego <em>Muffin<\/em> ili biskvit.
