I za\u0161to je va\u017eno da je osvijestimo?\u00a0<br>Za potrebe ovog teksta defini\u0161imo je ovako:\u00a0<strong>Namjera je pokreta\u010dka sila.<\/strong>\u00a0Ako pojam namjere potra\u017eimo u prirodi, mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da svaka vlat trave ima namjeru da raste. To je prirodno upisano u nju. Sve u prirodi ima svoju pokreta\u010dku silu i funkciju rasta, razvoja, promjene i prolaznosti. I mi smo dio prirode: svaki organ u na\u0161em tijelu ima svoju funkciju za koju je stvoren, a te namjere odvijaju se same, prema vlastitom programu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokreta\u010dke sile su i namjere koje mo\u017eemo osvijestiti i na koje mo\u017eemo utjecati, na primjer na\u0161i izbori, znanje, uvjerenja i na\u010din na koji njegujemo misli i tijelo. Ka\u017eem \u201emo\u017eemo osvijestiti\u201d jer i one mogu ostati neosvje\u0161\u0107ene i upravljati nama prema vlastitom programu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160to ih vi\u0161e osvje\u0161\u0107ujemo, to imamo ve\u0107u mogu\u0107nost da izaberemo ho\u0107emo li reagovati na njih. Taj izbor oblikuje na\u0161 \u017eivot. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato imamo dobar razlog da prepoznamo namjere iz kojih djelujemo i da ih razjasnimo sami sa sobom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na namjeru mo\u017eemo reagovati mi\u0161lju, kada u nju povjerujemo; rije\u010dima, kada tu misao izgovorimo; i dijelom, kada misao u koju smo povjerovali i koju smo izgovorili sprovedemo u \u017eivot.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jednostavan primjer: prolazimo gradom i zamiri\u0161e nam pecivo. Pomislimo da bismo mogli da ga kupimo i, ako povjerujemo toj misli i namjeri, mo\u017eda \u0107emo prijatelju pored sebe re\u0107i: \u201eSa\u010dekaj da kupim pecivo.\u201d Namjeru smo pretvorili u rije\u010di, a zatim i u djelo kada smo u\u0161li u pekaru, kupili pecivo i pojeli ga. U drugom scenariju osjetimo isti miris i prepoznamo misao o kupovini, ali ne reagujemo na nju, ve\u0107 nastavimo razgovor. Nismo povjerovali toj pokreta\u010dkoj iskri i ona se nije ostvarila.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj primjer je lako razumijeti, ali u slo\u017eenijim situacijama, kada su namjere obojene emocijama i nesvjesnim obrascima pona\u0161anja, \u010de\u0161\u0107e djelujemo automatski. Automatizam je skup neosvje\u0161\u0107enih namjera nad kojima nemamo mogu\u0107nost izbora. Ponekad postanemo svjesni tek usred neke radnje; ako nismo prepoznali misli koje su nas do nje dovele, nismo osvijestili po\u010detnu iskru namjere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Putanju neke radnje lak\u0161e je prekinuti na nivou misli nego na nivou djelovanja, kada se ve\u0107 cijelo tijelo usmjerilo ka njenom ostvarenju.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svjesne ili ne, namjere nas usmjeravaju i upravljaju na\u0161im mislima, rije\u010dima i djelima, a time oblikuju i na\u0161u li\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato su osvje\u0161\u0107ivanje namjera i postepeno razvijanje sposobnosti da biramo na koje \u0107emo reagovati pravi put ka zreloj i odgovornoj li\u010dnosti. Nije lako biti mudar i djelovati iz promi\u0161ljenih namjera; izreka da je \u201eput do pakla poplo\u010dan dobrim namjerama\u201d ponekad mo\u017ee biti istinita. \u0160to dublje slojeve namjere osvijestimo, manje \u0107emo gre\u0161iti. Drugim rije\u010dima, \u0161to ranije prepoznamo sitnu iskru, to bolje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To nije jednostavan put, ali danas imamo mnogo metoda koje nam poma\u017eu da ve\u0107 na nivou misli osvijestimo iz \u010dega djelujemo. Namjere mo\u017eemo istra\u017eivati i kroz jogu s pa\u017eljivim, sporim pokretima, na primjer kroz\u00a0<em>Mindful Slov Flov<\/em>\u00a0jogom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mindful flov je sat joge u kojem se nagla\u0161ava osvje\u0161\u0107ivanje tijela, misli a time i namjera.<\/strong>\u00a0Kada izvodimo lagane i jednostavne pokrete, lako prepoznajemo misao o promjeni polo\u017eaja i jasno osje\u0107amo pokreta\u010dku silu te namjere u tijelu. Odlu\u010dimo da je sprovedemo i svjesno vodimo pokret od ta\u010dke A do ta\u010dke B. Tako nam, malo-pomalo, namjere postaju jasne ne samo kao ideje ve\u0107 i kao tjelesni impulsi.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potra\u017eite <em>Mindful Slov Flov<\/em>\u00a0\u010das joge \u201ePut namjere\u201d, u kojem smo tra\u017eili svoje pokreta\u010dke iskre, osvje\u0161\u0107ivali ih u tijelu i svjesno reagovali na njih.
