Yogom&nbsp;tra\u017eimo ravnote\u017eu i budnost da neposredno znamo kako su sva osje\u0107anja prolazna. Praksa tjelesnih pokreta i polo\u017eaja s dahom poma\u017ee nam razviti korisne kvalitete kao \u0161to su zadr\u017eavanje stabilne pa\u017enje, centar te\u017ei\u0161ta u svom tijelu, mir i stalo\u017eenost&#8230; <br>Yoga nas priprema za izazove koje nam \u017eivot svakodnevno nosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treniramo vra\u0107ati pa\u017enju u tijelo, u direktno iskustvo. Trudimo se ostati kontinuirano u kontaktu s tjelesnim senzacijama (npr. direktno iskustvo je bol, a zaklju\u010dak o toj boli je misao \u2013 koncept).&nbsp;Na taj na\u010din, ostaju\u0107i mirni sa stanjima koja razli\u010dite asane bude, polako mijenjamo navike i uvjerenja koja se nalaze duboko u na\u0161em sistemu (podsvijest). Sve na\u0161e navike su uhodani biokemijski putevi. Mi mo\u017eemo vidjeti navike koje uvjetuju na\u0161a pona\u0161anja no i dalje ih nije lako promijeniti. Naju\u010dinkovitija promjena odvija se kad radimo s tijelom i umom zajedno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bivanjem u tim nesvakida\u0161njim polo\u017eajima (<strong>asanama<\/strong>) koji nam daju druga\u010diji pogled na nas same te nas izbacuju iz <em>komfor zone<\/em> odr\u017eavamo vitalnost, razigranost tijela, uma i mladi duh neovisno o godinama i dosada\u0161njim \u017eivotnim iskustvima.<br>U\u010dimo prihvatiti i prevladati vlastita ograni\u010denja, slu\u0161ati tijelo, biti prisutniji u direktnom iskustvu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put yoge je polagan i postepeno nas mijenja, a razumijevanjem sebe razvijamo strpljenje za druge te ostajemo dio toka, jer \u017eivot stalno te\u010de.
