Ponekad su te\u0161ki pa pomislimo da ih ne mo\u017eemo podnijeti, a ponekad su ugodni i po\u017eelimo da nikada ne pro\u0111u. Jogom\u00a0tra\u017eimo ravnote\u017eu i budnost kako bismo neposredno upoznali prolaznost osje\u0107aja. Pokret i polo\u017eaji povezani s dahom poma\u017eu nam razvijati stabilnu pa\u017enju, osje\u0107aj oslonca u vlastitom tijelu, mir i stalo\u017eenost. <br>Joga nas priprema za izazove koje nam \u017eivot svakodnevno donosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vje\u017ebamo vra\u0107ati pa\u017enju u tijelo i neposredno iskustvo. Nastojimo ostati u kontaktu s tjelesnim senzacijama: bol je, na primjer, direktan osje\u0107aj, dok je zaklju\u010dak o toj boli misao i tuma\u010denje.\u00a0Kada ostajemo mirni uz stanja koja razli\u010dite asane bude, postepeno upoznajemo i mijenjamo duboko ukorijenjene navike i uvjerenja. Naviku mo\u017eemo prepoznati, a da je ipak nije lako promijeniti. Promjena je \u010desto djelotvornija kada tijelo i um uklju\u010dimo zajedno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Borave\u0107i u tim neuobi\u010dajenim polo\u017eajima (<strong>asanama<\/strong>) dobijamo druga\u010diji pogled na sebe i izlazimo iz <em>zone komfora<\/em> te njegujemo vitalnost, razigranost tijela i uma i mlad duh, bez obzira na godine i ranija \u017eivotna iskustva.<br>U\u010dimo prihvatiti i prevazi\u0107i vlastita ograni\u010denja, slu\u0161ati tijelo i biti prisutniji u neposrednom iskustvu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put joge je spor i postepeno nas mijenja. Razumijevanjem sebe razvijamo strpljenje za druge i ostajemo dio toka, jer \u017eivot se neprestano mijenja.
