Upravo kada do\u0111u do granice na kojoj ih vi\u0161e ne bismo jeli sirove, postaju savr\u0161ena osnova za kola\u010d. Skrobaste su, slatke i dovoljno so\u010dne da kola\u010d gotovo sigurno uspije. Poslije nekoliko verzija s bananama, jajima i ovsom, po\u010dela sam da se igram novim kombinacijama. Evo jedne vesele i ukusne: <strong>bananola\u010d od kakaoa i roga\u010da<\/strong>.<br>Ovaj kola\u010d nema dodatog \u0161e\u0107era, a ovas i jaja \u010dine ga hranljivim obrokom. Uz sertifikovane bezglutenske zobene pahuljice mo\u017ee da bude i bez glutena. Pripada mojoj omiljenoj grupi \u201ekola\u010da za doru\u010dak\u201d: jednu kri\u0161ku mo\u017eete da pojedete uz \u010daj ili kafu umjesto dijela uobi\u010dajenog doru\u010dka. Poslije obilnog ru\u010dka mo\u017eda \u0107e biti previ\u0161e zasitan, ali poslije sporta ili joge lijepo vra\u0107a energiju. Sve dobro izmiksiram \u0161tapnim mikserom u \u010diniji, mada mo\u017eete da upotrijebite i blender. Ako banane nisu sasvim prezrele, mo\u017eda \u0107e biti potrebno nekoliko ka\u0161ika mlijeka ili vode. Potpuno zrele banane ve\u0107 su gotovo kao ka\u0161a. Kokosovo bra\u0161no nije obavezno; daje malo \u010dvr\u0161\u0107u teksturu, ali mo\u017eete da ga zamijenite ovsom. Smjesu ostavim najmanje sat vremena na sobnoj temperaturi da se ovas natopi i sastojci pove\u017eu. <br>Zatim smjesu podijelim na dva jednaka dijela. U jedan umije\u0161am kakao, a u drugi roga\u010d. Dobro je da i ovako pripremljeno tijesto kratko odstoji prije pe\u010denja, kako bi se ukusi pro\u017eeli. Naizmeni\u010dno rasporedim svjetlu i tamnu smjesu tako da svaka kri\u0161ka dobije oba ukusa. Dio s roga\u010dem ukrasim bademima, a dio s kakaom kockicama \u010dokolade. Kola\u010d pe\u010dem oko 25 minuta u rerni prethodno zagrijanoj na 180 \u00b0C. Zbog tamne boje te\u0161ko je vidjeti kada je porumenio; gotov je kada se blago odvoji od ivice kalupa i kada \u010da\u010dkalica iza\u0111e bez sirovog tijesta. Mo\u017ee da se jede i topao, ali ne vru\u0107.
