Polpeti \u010desto sadr\u017ee samo povr\u0107e i na primjer kru\u0161ne mrvice dok su burgeri izvor bjelan\u010devina. Ovi su recepti bazirani na mahunarkama i veganskim proteinima upravo zato da burger bude proteinski dio obroka. Glavni igra\u010di u burgerima su slanutak, grah, le\u0107a, tofu, gra\u0161ak i sli\u010dno, koji su oboga\u0107eni s malo povr\u0107a, sjemenkama, za\u010dinima ili nekom \u017eitaricom. Umjesto bra\u0161na \u010desto umije\u0161am <strong>veganski proteinski prah<\/strong> (od gra\u0161ka) \u010dime burgere dodatno oplemenim bjelan\u010devinama ili drugim rije\u010dima umjesto da sam umije\u0161ala dvije \u017elice bra\u0161na, \u0161to su \u010disti ugljikohidrati, umije\u0161ala sam dvije \u017elice \u010distih proteina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi burgeri bili \u0161to lak\u0161e probavljivi, <em>Ayurveda<\/em> nam savjetuje da uz mahunarke stavimo dosta za\u010dina. Naravno dok ih kuhamo mo\u017eemo u vodu dodati kim, anis, papar, piskavicu, lovor&#8230; Dok na primjer za\u010dine kao \u0161to su papar, \u010dili, \u010de\u0161njak, curry i sli\u010dne mje\u0161avine stavljamo u smjesu burgera. Ovaj recept za burger od slanutka s mrkvom i zobi je super jednostavan, a sastojke za njega mo\u017eete na\u0107i u svakom du\u0107anu, vjerojatno ih i sada imate doma. Priprema je lagana, samo se svi sastojci zamije\u0161aju, zgnje\u010de i ispeku. Sve dobro promije\u0161am, ako je slanutak malo suh dodam \u017elicu, dvije vode. Mrkva \u0107e pustiti vodu u dodiru sa solju koju \u0107e zob naknadno upiti. Kada ih idem formirati smjesa treba biti gusta i taman ljepljiva da se sve dr\u017ei povezano, a da se mo\u017ee oblikovati u burger, ako treba dodajte koju \u017elicu bra\u0161na ili jo\u0161 vode. Pe\u010dem ih na tavici na malo ulja ili pokapam uljem i stavim na papir za pe\u010denje uz nekoliko krumpiri\u0107a i batata pa sve zajedno zape\u010dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serviram uz ne\u0161to zeleno, na primjer pasiranu blitvu ili salatu od rikule s limunom, \u010de\u0161njakom i maslinovim uljem. Mo\u017eda poma\u017eu onih sat &#8211; dva koliko pustim smjesu za burgere da odstoji pa se listovi tada, u dodiru s ostalim sastojcima i za\u010dinima, opuste i omek\u0161aju pa im ne treba puno termi\u010dke obrade. Smjesu pustim da odstoji barem sat vremena tako da se sastojci pove\u017eu i mirodije malo opuste u smjesu. Koristim par \u017elica pesta ako vam je pri ruci ali mo\u017eete i bez njega jer ide i dosta za\u010dina. Veganski pesto mo\u017eete na\u0107i u du\u0107anima zdrave hrane. Kada idem formirati burger smjesa treba biti gusta i malo ljepljiva ali taman za oblikovati. Papriku i komadi\u0107 luka nare\u017eem na sitne kockice. Sve te sastojke mije\u0161am uz dodavanje ulja i za\u010dina: senfa, pasate od paradajza, soli, papra, dimljene slatke paprike, malo kumina i ako volite notu ljutkastog, kajenskog papra. Na kraju umije\u0161am i bra\u0161no da se sve pove\u017ee i stvori lijepu gustu ljepljivu smjesu. Ako ne koristite heljdino bra\u0161no, mo\u017eete staviti bilo koje. Naravno, kao i u svim Vege burger receptima pu\u0161tam tu smjesu da stoji koji sat. Nakon toga oblikujem burgere malo povaljam u suncokretove sjemenke i stavljam ih pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici ili na tavici na malo ulja. Le\u0107a ima dosta blagi okus sama po sebi pa dodam malo pasate od paradajze, senfa, a volim staviti i Harissa mje\u0161avinu za\u010dina u ove burgere da budu ba\u0161 bogati. Samo naribam ili nare\u017eem \u010de\u0161njak na sitne komadi\u0107e pa dobro umije\u0161am sve sastojke zajedno. Nisam imala otvorenu pasatu od raj\u010dica pa sam stavila \u017elicu koncentrata od raj\u010dice. Ako smjesa ispadne malo presuha, u redu je dodati malo vode da se bolje pro\u017eme i pove\u017ee u format burgera, ali naravno treba biti gusta. Nakon \u0161to sve zamije\u0161am pustim stajati barem dva sata, tako da se za\u010dini opuste i okusi pro\u017emu.
