Svaki put kad se opet krene uspore\u0111ivati, kad joj to mi\u0161ljenje ponovo izviri na povr\u0161inu, mo\u017ee se prisjetiti da bude \u0161iri prostor oko uvjerenja koje je bolno. <strong>Problem je da nam okolina i polaznici odvla\u010de pa\u017enju pa je te\u017ee uvidjeti varke okida\u010da svojih skrivenih, bolnih uvjerenja. <\/strong>Za dr\u017eati tako aktualan <em>Mindfulness<\/em> treba biti ve\u0107 jako vje\u0161t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ista polaznica dok vje\u017eba <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/bs\/online-yoga\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/online-yoga\/\">yogu online<\/a>, iz svojeg doma, mo\u017ee puno lak\u0161e uop\u0107e napraviti prvi korak, a to je da osvijesti \u0161to osje\u0107a i koje mi\u0161ljenje ima o sebi jer joj pa\u017enja mo\u017ee lak\u0161e ostati unutra. Ona se, nakon \u0161to osvijesti svoje osje\u0107aje, treba sjetiti napraviti drugi korak &#8211; zauzeti navedeni mindful odnos. S obzirom na to da se u miru i sigurnosti svojeg doma nema s kime uspore\u0111ivati ili natjecati te se ne bavi pitanjima &#8220;\u0161to o meni misle drugi?&#8221;, &#8220;da li ja izgledam debelo dok ovo radim?&#8221; i sli\u010dno, mo\u0107i \u0107e zaista probuditi pravo suosje\u0107anje za stavove koji su joj bolni. Ima priliku ostati otapati se s neugodom bivaju\u0107i \u0161ira od nje, dok got neugoda traje, mo\u017ee je pustiti i biti samo promatra\u010d. Pritom se ne mora bojati da li vje\u017ebu radi krivo, prebrzo ili presporo, ho\u0107e li mo\u0107i pratiti ritam grupe ili o\u010dekivanja u\u010diteljice.
