To je jedan ukusni <em>slow food<\/em> recept u kojem se vrhovi listova arti\u010doka li\u017eu i stru\u017eu zubima dok se u uma\u010di\u0107 uma\u010de kruh, a grahorice jedu sa strane. Meni je ta verzija fina ali moji to ne \u017eele jesti. Trebala sam smisliti neki drugi recept od te delikatese koju nam priroda daje. Dobro nisam ba\u0161 ne\u0161to kompleksno izmozgala jer vam nudim recept za ri\u017eoto, ali to je samo jedan prijedlog za odli\u010dno alternativno jelo s arti\u010dokama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arti\u010doke su uvijek na vrhu ljestvice kad se radi o hrani s lako topivim vlaknima, promoviraju zdravu probavu, bogate su antioksidanskima i sadr\u017ee veliku lepezu nutrijenata, poma\u017eu u \u010di\u0161\u0107enju jetre i krvi. Kada \u010ditam o njihovoj vrijednosti izgleda kao da su lijek za sve od zdravlja krvi i jetre do toga da smanjuju rizik od raka i krvni tlak. Tu boju s ruku i oko noktiju ne mogu oprati danima, pa mi je bolje staviti rukavice nego obja\u0161njavati da imam \u010diste ruke ali da sam brala arti\u010doke. Ubrane par dana mogu stajati u fri\u017eideru dok ne do\u0111e na red za recepte ovaj ri\u017eoto ali primijetila sam da ako stoje dulje od toga po\u010dnu se su\u0161iti i postaju \u017eilave, a srce, koje se jede, biva sve manje. Za ri\u017eoto mo\u017eete koristiti samo ri\u017eu, u zadnje je vrijeme mije\u0161am s prosom ili kvinojom \u010disto da bude nutritivno malo bogatija. Ali to nije nu\u017eno da ovaj recept bude ukusan. Luk i \u010de\u0161njak nare\u017eem na kockice i popr\u017eim da malo dobiju boju na maslinovom ulju. Na tu bazu bacim pripremljena srca arti\u010doka i jo\u0161 malo dinstam na ulju. Onda dodam papar da zamiri\u0161i i na to suhu ri\u017eu (i proso) te okrenem na kratko u bazi ulja i povr\u0107a. Dodajem skoro duplo vi\u0161e vode nego \u0161to ima ri\u017ee ali ne previ\u0161e jer mi je drago da ri\u017ea ostane <em>al dente<\/em>. Dodam jo\u0161 i sol te pustim kuhati oko 13 minuta. Kada je ri\u017eoto kuhan umije\u0161am \u017eli\u010dicu senfa.
